Room was very nice and convenient. Central Zermatt and only 5min walk to the train station. Staff at front desk and restaurant were both very friendly and helpful! Balcony view was great (not on the Matterhorn side) and the facilities were amazing. Everything very modern and clean and I really like the wood look throughout the hotel. Very good breakfast, our bathroom had a skylight and the bed was very comfortable. All around a great stay.

Marlous was great helping us arrange dinner reservations and providing crucial guidance on what to book when as far as excursions, given the weather-- gamechanger. She even arranged early morning transport to Visp so we could get to ZRH in time for our flight, and had breakfast sandwiches ready for us at 430am to boot! Will be back and will stay here :)

Heating hard to control, had to leave balcony door open to maintain a comfortable temperature. Suggestion to management— Duvets are too heavy for a centrally-heated building.

The room is a solid 4-star quality, and reasonably-priced considering it is High Season. Alpine decor lends considerable charm to the room and the public areas. Matterhorn view from my room. Proactive and friendly staff. Prior to my arrival they asked me for my train schedule so they could meet me at the station. So many hotels around the world, having taken your reservation, don’t care if you can find them or not. Location unbeatable for Zermatt, on main road and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel’s own restaurants are well-patronized and beautifully decorated. Good breakfast with eggs cooked to order and the usual Swiss layout.

The breakfast was just sufficient. Not too many spread. The bar was too noisy on the Friday night. We were staying right on top of the bar and it was going on until 5am. Couldn't sleep well.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was big and unique with the shower foams and shampoos, just appropriate for the cold weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us tips on what to do and where to go. We could see snowfall from our balcony. It was fun. The shuttle pickup and drop off service from the hotel was very helpful.

Room: beautiful, the tub is a treat, view of Matterhorn with little balcony, amenities are nice. Loved the blanket, pillows and bed location is perfect near station and near shops breakfast was perfect in cozy room

Very noisy in the evenings. A party carried in until 5am just opposite the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant ambience. The hotel was right in the center of town, walking distance to the train station and the funicular, near the church and so many shops and restaurants! The rooms were modern and well-appointed, beds and pillows very comfortable. The rooms we stayed at had a balcony from where we were able to have an amazing view of the Matterhorn at sunrise.

The room was a bit smaller than expected. The "double" bed, which was two twins that were not attached, would slide apart throughout the night which wasn't great but the beds were comfortable. Our biggest issue was the dance club located in the lower level of the hotel -- it played very loud/heavy base music until 4:15am on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays during the summer months and then in the Winter it's open every night -- so, not great if you want to get some good shut eye.

Very nice but very small room. Bathroom was large and very nice. Balcony overlooked the Matterhorn which was incredible! Very clean room and bathroom. The shower gel, shampoo etc. was excellent. Great sauna and steam room. Excellent restaurants in the hotel - we liked the Brown Cow restaurant in the hotel for burgers and salads. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING - especially the scrambled eggs you can order from their menu but included with the buffet. The hotel is perfectly located and an easy walk from the train station.

Really missed having a bar fridge. Just for a few little things like keeping milk cold for our daughter. Room was a little cramped for 3 but happy as the room and view was so lovely.

Loved the location, restaurants, room, amazing view, helpful staff. Loved the spa facilities and they even opened for us early so our little one could also enjoy the spa.

Taxis will not waste time transporting you from Täsch to Unique Post since it’s a short walking distance. Limited shuttle service. Not a great view of the Matterhorn from this location. Broken Bar (Nightclub)can be noisy at night depending on room location.

Great location. The hotel is in a central location near shops and restaurants. Location 4-5 minutes from Täsch train station. Clean hotel, friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast. Free shuttle
