Spotlessly clean! Balcony Location Carpark

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Their cheeriness was infectious. A true asset to whoever owns the hotel. The room was very well appointed and decorated. Bathroom and shower were very good and spotlessly clean. Because of our travel plans, we didn't have breakfast but the garden/dinning area was also very well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, with parking available right at the villa. The outdoor seating area for breakfast was beautiful and relaxing. Everything matched the description and fully met our expectations. Would definitely recommend!

Our room was completely on top and we had only 2 small window's on top. That was a bit special.

Location is super, 2 minutes from bahnhof and lake. Beds are comfortable and in our family room was small good organized kitchen. Bathroom is very good, shower is perfect. Room is air-conditioned, that was good after hot day.

Too hot in the room with the closed windows. One needs to open the windows, but then it’s quite noisy due to the train station and the roads nearby.

Great location, very good room with enough space for a really reasonable price. Parking slot with e-charger. Nice personnel, and small but very good breakfast.

The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. I would love to visit again. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable. Best. 🌸🌸🌸

The High Ceilings and balcony were amazing. The water pressure for the shower was amazing. The breakfast was super adorable and the coffee was perfect for the morning start. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Locarno. It was within walking distance to everything.

Very nice hotel and rooms! The interior is beautiful and of high quality, airconditioning you don't hear but super comfortable. Everything in the small hotel is calm and peaceful. We really had a great 3 night vacation here! Good coffee machine in the room with complementary capsules. We used the free Ticino ticket to get by bus to Ascona and train to Lugano, great option as the hotel is next to the train station.

Good location in Locarno and despite being close to the road, the rooms were very quiet. All newly renovated with very nice bathrooms, coffee in rooms etc..

The rooms were sound proofed which was nice but I could still hear the road noise a bit. However, not enough to stop me returning.

Very close to train station and the town centre. Rooms had everything we needed and more, they were comfortable. modern furnishings (inclusing a/c) and clean. Breakfast had enough choice. Staff were present and helpful. Out of hours entry system was easy to use. The price for the room/area was fair.

I wish that the time to just drop luggage off was more flexible.

The heating can not be regulated by the guest. Even the staff can not change it centrally - as a result the temperature in the night was mucht too high. The familly rooms don't have the normal windows with the view, only the skylights.
