The toilet sink was choked and unable to use it. There’s no lift for the apartment. There’s washing machine to be shared for the whole apartment, but there’s no laundry detergent provided.

The location is close to the station to Airport.

Communications are done via email only thru customer service as a ticket. Although there is an option to call them via landline no. indicated in their email. It would have been better if whatsapp is available for faster communication.

The room is comfortable as it has enough space to move around. Although it’s quite cramped between toilet bowl and sink. There are cookwares and utensils if you want to cook. Check out time is too early (10:00 am). There is no place in this property to store the luggage (if you need to leave it due to late flight) but they have one in another location. We opted to store our luggage at Zurich HB station. It is advisable to review the posted list of items in the door and email them any discrepancies to avoid potential issues later.

The room is on the 3rd floor and no lift. It will take some effort if you have a big suitcase.

Very convinient place. 5 minutes walk to Wiedikon train station. Lots of stores and restaurants around.

It didn't have a lift and I had noisy neighbours one night hint , hint.

Room was clean and nice. Bathroom facilities were fantastic. The shower gel was fab. I almost brought it back with me😅.

It didn't work initially with the code and it took a while to get a code that worked. We were on the top floor and there was no elevator in the building - which is a minus Only one window, so it is difficult to ventilate the room well

There is no elevator and I was on the 4th floor, it is not ideal when you have suitcases. Also no air conditioning and it was very hot in the room. The pillows are really very thin.

The room was bigger than I expected and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is small, without a window but perfect for a single guest. The location is great but you can't see something interesting outside your window. Highly recommended for a few days solo trip.
