Two mugs, but 8 chairs - why? No hooks for hanging coats etc. Weak aircon. Parking underneath was expensive.

The apartment got a bit stuffy and it would have been nice to have a change of towels half way through the week. The cost for additional towels was extortionate!

Our studio apartment was clean and had plenty of room for me and my daughter. The bed was large and comfortable, great kitchenette and shower room and the tv had a great variety of channels. Buses ran regularly from outside and the train station was about a 10 min walk. Then it was about 3-5 mins on the train to central St Gallen .

Very good sized room with good facilities, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Location was good with buses nearby and shopping centre across the road.

The room and building got very hot, although there was a fan which helped. Some of the gym equipment was damaged and needs repair. There was a suspicious stain on the curtain.

The apartments were very good value for money compared to other accommodation we could find. The cleanliness was overall very good and the gym facility and balcony were a bonus. Good location, a 20 min walk or short tram ride into the centre, with several shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

Garbage area in underground car park had no recycling area. All the rubbish just went in the same containers.

Super large 'bedsit' apartment with en-suite and cooking/seating areas. Very clean. Large, comfortable bed. Shared kitchen is an extra facility over and above the kitchenette in the room. Great laundry room available to use too. Code entry so no worries about keys.

Clean, huge room plenty of facilities and nice bathroom. Also a kitchen. Staff were very responsive. Check in was smooth and the contactless aspect worked well. 5 minutes on bus from centre (marketplatz)

My apartment was roadside, so noise from traffic was disturbing in the evening and at night - could be resolved with air-conditioning so windows can be closed in hot weather.

Cleaning could be more frequent. Communal bins would be better to get rid of waste between cleans.

Before arriving, I read several reviews mentioning the coffee machine, and it's true: it's more for display, so it's best to bring your own coffee and tea. We also wish there had been a microwave and stove for cooking.

The apartment was very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses and close to the Gare. Just a heads-up—the room can get a bit warm. Overall, though, we had a great experience!

The room we were in was quite small, especially compared to the room assigned to the other couple we were traveling with (assignment seemed random). It was a bit of a challenge to find the location and more of a walk than we expected.

There is no heating plate in the room. The parking is NOT free and not cheap at all.

The room itself and bathroom are nice. It's useful to be able to wash dishes in the room and to have plates and utensils. The fridge is also useful.

Shared kitchen and room is slightly smaller than expected.

The location is strategic with private parking and lift access. Check-in process was convenient and easy. The room has all the great amenities we need. A great place for short vacation and will definitely recommend this place !
