The spa could have had some form of hot tub/pool/jacuzzi to relax in. The pool itself was very cold.

The food in the restaurant is very good (we had half board), the beds were very comfy and we really enjoyed our stay

I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. There was everything you needed on the buffet but being in a 4-star-hotel I would expect freshly made fruit juices, coffee to be brought to the table, home-made jams and local cheeses etc. So that was a bit of a downer.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect place for cross-country skiing as the hotel is just across the cross-country centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

the room (triple) was very spacious and well equiped. the breakfast is diverse and delicious. their shuttle service was super prompt and useful. they were even nice enough to give us a ride to the train station after the checkout because our bus was delayed.

Parking is quite tight when full. Also, the number of doors to be opened by key card is a bit over the top.

Every single aspect of this hotel was EXCEPTIONAL! The staff, the decor, the rooms (size and cleanliness), the food….. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and wonderful this hotel was. We felt at home here, especially over the holidays.

The restaurant staff was very unprofessional and the food was not up to standard. Each of the tables in our section had an issue with their service and meals - it made the overall stay less enjoyable. There was also not enough space for breakfast, there was a 15 minute wait to get a table in the morning and everything was very disorganized.

The location was excellent for cross country skiing and the spa was modern and relaxing. However, the restaurant was TERRIBLE: slow service (2 hrs to get our meal), poor quality of the food, and after all that the bill was incorrect and we struggled to correct it.

Excellent breakfast. The wellness area is very nice. We were offered to use the showers in the wellness area in the afternoon after our bike ride, although we had checked out in morning. This was fantastic (the weather conditions were really bad on that day) - thank you so much!

The electrical points were not working. We found only 2 working in the children's room.The room was not ready and we were told to wait even though it was 3pm. I found that annoying and we decided to go into town.

Improvement suggestions: A lift from the floors with the rooms directly down to the spa centre, so that guests with bathrobes do not have to pass close to the reception and for better accessibility. A direct way out from the ski storage room outside to the shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel, not through the garage. It would be beneficial if the sauna area opened earlier from 13-14:00. Too many people in the saunas at once on weekend afternoons starting from 15:30. A broader and more frequent choice of fish dishes at the breakfast. Availability if juice, cola, beer in the minibar. Water was available.

Quiet location, but close enough to the Promenade and the heart of Davos. Shuttle service for skiers to Parsenn and Jakobshorn lifts. Well-renovated spa facilities. Very good food. Cosy bar with a fireplace. Chalet style i modern, non-kitchy interpretation.

We were very disappointed to be put in their new room in the new building area. The rooms there are far from the original ones, avoid Residential area and make sure to get a room at least on first floor.

An hotel we stayed few years ago and full of memories for us. Restaurant, breakfast, staff, facilities in the room. The size of the rooms if and only if you are in old part of the Hotel.

I have nothing to mention what I didn't like, would book again if I'm staying in Davos. very small details - no water available at the spa area, maybe there were simply no cups/glasses but water was really missing, had to bring from the room. Another mini detail - bananas were not available for breakfast, which I love together with my coffee.

Room was beautiful and had enough of space in order not to feel messy while unpacking. Room 438 had an amazing view with balcony, breakfast had great selection and I was happy to get a shuttle service on short notice. Team is super helpful. Pool and sauna was nice and clean as well.

needs a bit of walking to get somewhere if you want to find something, as davos is an aswedome place its nice to have to walk around a a bit imo

third time there, we love to come back there. great value for the money considering the amazing breakfast buffet and the really lovely wellness/spa. great room, friendly staff
