The pictures showed a bigger apartment. The one I stayed in was not the apartment that I was shown when I was booking. Also, when checked in the apartment was not cleaned up. Previous guests checked out earlier but the apartment was not ready by 2. And the cleaning lady came when I was already inside, which wasn’t comfortable. As we had to wait for her to clean up, which wasted a lot of our time.

It's.around 35 min walk or 15min bus ride from the main train station. The kitchen was not very clean and there was no soap to wash the dishes

The area was very quiet and you can use the small kitchen.

The hot water in the shower hardly worked, the toilet seat was disconnected, the floor was creeky, and there was very little soap, we were there 4 nights, shops were closed due to the bank holiday, blanket was to small for 2 people

Photos on the website make it seem like a better bigger place than it is. Cleaning staff trying to constantly get in the room. The morning we were leaving, they tried to get in the room while we were still lying in bed a little bit before 10am but went away quick enough. Then came back again trying to get in the room at 10:30am and they were very aggressively trying to open the door with their key as we were trying to get ready to leave. We let them know we are still in here they definitely heard us but they kept trying with there key. We then opened the door and told them multiple times the check out time is 11am they weren't happy with that and even told us to be careful.

Quite far away from the coach station and from the city center. I know that Zurich is expensive but the price-quality of this room it's not worthy.

The apartment looked old and the cleaning level could be better. The whole house was poorly soundproofed, we could hear the neighbors coming back from parties and barfing.

The room more or less matched the ad. Check in/check out process was very easy and efficient, we could do everything through email and there was no human contact.

They don’t provide any fan in the apartment during peak summer time being a non-air conditioned property! Most importantly the customer service persons are horrible, rude and very unprofessional. They tactfully avoided replying to the question if they provided fan or not before arrival! After arrival when we found about this fact and called them they talked to us very very rudely and literally hung up on us. Then as many time we tried to call them they didn’t answer our call! When a property doesn’t have any reception and the only customer care option gives you this kind of horrible attitude I would highly recommend everyone not to book this type of apartment since you will feel helpless. And also, I would like to draw attention of the authority to take necessary steps against your customer service workers.

-Very hard to find location. Even after finding once, the next times its still not easy to find. Without a gps on the phone impossible to find. And maps dont always work, so had to spend 30-40 mins a few times to find it. Would be very useful for owners to put landmarks/giudelines to find it. For example nearby is skyroad for cars, e.t.c... -Photos didnt match actual flat was smaller. -Logo light was on all night, disrupting the sleep.
