Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Decoration in rooms is weird. If you want to see your sleepy face at once when you wake up any time, this would be the perfect place for you. The mirror ceiling is an innovative idea.

Rude bartender Johny need to pass emotional intelligence training. No water in the room. The room was cold, and a heater was not available.
Breakfasts had plenty of choices. Reception personnel especially Alexandra knows three languages, it was easy to communicate with her. She made our check-in easy despite heavy load. Supervisor Katerina (sorry if misspelled) was very polite and has good problem solving skills. Appreciated her support in resolving issue with bartender.

It does not have Cattle if you want have tea in room ,it does not have micro oven to heat food if you carried something to eat from outside.
It was clean and close to main hb train station just 5min walk to main station. There is free tea and coffee machine for all guests.

Rooms were too warm. Unfortunately there was quite major building works going on on the main road at ground level which meant there was no lazy morning. Drilling started at 8am sharp!

Pillow is too small. Location is not close to central station ,it take about 10min walk, if you have luggages then may need more effort.
Well organize room space ,it better to have some cloth hanger . Breakfast is good.There are free coffee self service at checkin area.

the room was a bit small, especially the toilette. The laundry room equipment was old (yet functional)
great location very close to the train station and the city center, friendly stuff, quick check-in/check-out, we could briefly park at the entrance to load the car, they had a storage room to leave our luggage after check out

I forgot my toothbrush and had to pay 3.5 chf to get one. Also you have to pay for early check in, it feels like an American hotel chain and is not what you'd expect from Swiss hospitality

The room is really small, so is the sofa bed. The shower room is tiny and completely transparent but luckily they have partition curtain/room divider curtain.
It's 15 minutes' walk from train station and 2 minutes' walk from tram stop. Free coffee(after breakfast time) and water is available at the lobby. Staff are nice and helpful.

Reception waiting times and very few employees to handle . Plus the cleaning lady was cleaning right between us and kept cleaning moving us . I feel like there should be specific timing for all that and not in between morning hustle time

Could do with a few hooks in the room to hang up towels after use, and there was limited space in the room to open out my suitcase when getting ready.
Location was great, really close to the train station (less than 10 minute walk away) and close to local tram and bus stop. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the room was clean. Stayed in a single room and the layout was quite clever with a partition curtain. Overall I had a pleasant stay here.

A very lively hotel with guests coming in and out at all hours of the day give the hotel an energy. Lots of sofas and seats at the ground floor so you can rest a bit after a tiring day. Free coffee and water and the reception. Rooms were very modern and clean but a bit cramped. Alot of staff who can attend to your needs at all times. The location is very good!
