The included tropical breakfast was basically fruit, cereal and toast unless you pay extra for a cooked breakfast. Buffet Meals at the restaurant were very nice but cost $55 per person. We had asked for airport transfer to pick us up but it wasn't organised. Return to the airport had to be confirmed twice because again not organised.

Club Raro was great value for money, easy distance by scooter into town and had staff who were friendly and helpful. Nice not to have screaming kids running around. And entertainment finished at a decent hour.

Being asked four separate times for my flight details, email address and other info. If it’s been already provided then I would have expected we are asked to confirm the details are correct vs having to provide them again. Also, having to arrange my own transfers was unexpected as other hotels we’ve stayed at in Rarotonga organise this for you at the time of booking as the flight details are provided at this time.

The club is a bit far from everything, which makes it quiet I guess, but makes it relatively mandatory to rent a bike or a car (we don't recommend buses except if you have lots of time as, despite the information on touristic sites, they don't travel all days, sometimes stop early, and they might also stop you further than the place you're asking... on one day, they were only travelling on one side, not both as expected). We had found push bikes to tour the island, very easy to do (but avoid cycling or walking at night, it's full of roaming dogs, which are sometimes very aggressive).

Everything was nice. The room was very quiet and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. It was possible to swim/snorkel in front of the club (lots of colorful corals and fishes), the swimming pool was clean and fresh. The bar in the pool is awesome, with some of the best cocktails we ever had before. There is a nice "sundeck" facing the sea, from which you can easily spot whales cruising around. There are some events organized, like concert, games.

Room was average, our bed had a big sag in the middle of it. Curtains frayed and just generally a bit tired.
