We had a premium family room at the pool area. Those ones in particular are super thin-wallet apartements. We could literally hear every single word from the TV from our neighbour, as well every single spoken word when she was making phone calls. Hard for us sleeping in the evening. The reception helped out with asking the guest to be more quiet, however the problems are the thin pappmache-walls.

This hotel is very well taking care of. Everything is clean and in good order. Staff is also very helpful and nice. Breakfast is absolutely sufficient and varied enough. We were a family of 4 with 2 young teenager and we never missed anyhting when having breakfast. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

This was our 2nd stay during a 9 day trip to Raro and Aitutaki. Everything was Great! Staff, Facilities, Accomodation. Nothing to fault during our stay Views are amazing Our room had direct Beach access so great to look straight out to the beach Quiet and restful

The Resturant was really good and most staff were fabulous, however we had one staff member who started cleaning around us before we had even finished our meal. I understand that if it is not busy that they want to clean up and close And if areas of the Resturant are empty then cleaning there is not really a problem. But it was only 8pm and she cleaned up around us even brushing under my chair!, banging into me, as I said we hadn’t even finished eating and made us feel very uncomfortable.

The beachfront suite was comfortable, spacious with a good view Resturant had a good selection, the chiefs special sizzling fish was delicious

This resort was beautiful,amazing location,within walking distance to local cafes,car hire and the night markets.Bed was the comfiest,like a cloud.

The breakfast buffet was well below par. The rooms were very tired and need a refurbishment for the cost.

The gardens were stunning. The beachfront position was perfect. Staff were kind and helpful. I think it was probably the best option available in Muri for families.

Just spent an amazing week at Pacific Resort, I can't fault one thing, our Garden Suite was spacious and comfortable close to beach & restaurant, the lush tropical grounds are beautiful and the beach front lagoon is the best spot on the whole island to enjoy snorkeling and kayaking. All of the equipment is free to use and was top quality, with plenty available. The staff are amazing and very helpful, the provided tropical breakfast, is more than substantial, even for my Coeliac husband, he just had to request what he needed for breakfast and everyday from then on he received two slices of toasted gluten free bread brought to our table. There are a number of items on the lunch & dinner menu that are gluten free, especially the Ika Mata and Prawns in paw paw were divine. Happy hour is not to be missed, all their cocktails are delicious, their frozen Pina Colada & Pineapple Mojito were the best. Near the resort are many other restaurants to try and the Te Vara Nui Village Night show is practically next door. I highly recommend staying here.

The continental breakfast was a bit ‘bland’, bed too soft, pillows too soft, towels didn’t feel clean, white towels didn’t look clean, they were grey.

We had an amazing stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Swimming in the lagoon right outside was such a highlight – clear, calm, and so refreshing. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Truly a perfect getaway!

Beautiful spot to stay - great facilities - loved our beachfront room. Free snorkels, Paddleboards and kayaks . Muri lagoon is beautiful so it’s better to stay on that side of the island. Resort is very close to a 24/7 convenience store and the muri markets. Staff are really helpful with information about the island/good spots/things to do. Resort was also really helpful when letting you use facilities whilst waiting for transfers/ flights which was helpful. Overall great experience. Would stay again.
