Next time I’ll be booking beach front . Mix up over spa times could of been avoided

Friendliness's

We really loved the inside of the villa (beautifully decorated) and the private pool. All the appliances and fixtures were new and modern. We really enjoyed the shower. Having the tropical plants outside to look at was a nice touch. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Loved that they had kayaks and snorkeling gear for us to use.

The lack of curtains in the living room took away some of our privacy. At night, we felt that people on the beach could see in. We let the villa owners know on the review card, so hopefully they will add some window coverings. We also would have liked to have housekeeping come in more than once. We stayed 6 nights, and they only came in once to clean. They need another AC unit on the kitchen side of the villa. It gets hot in there, and the unit in the bedroom is not enough to keep the entire villa cool..even with the fans on. We were there in March, so it was hotter. Not the best part of the lagoon, but still pretty.

The villa we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The pool area had all day sun and was great for the kids. The location was good, just a short walk down the path to the beach. The kitchen and laundry facilities were convenient. The staff that we dealt with face-to-face were very friendly and helpful.

Seeing as we stayed over the Easter weekend, the service was patchy. You could tell the decorative bed cushions weren’t cleaned regularly as they smelled. The dryer didn’t work. There were ants crawling in the bathroom. The location (Muri) was very windy when we stayed so we had to drive to the airport side for a nice beach experience. It rained 50% of our stay. Overall the experience wasn’t as good as it could have been.

The staff were exceptional and the Villa was very clean with loads of space

If you want a taste of heaven, then Te Manava is a big juicy slice, it’s just fabulous. The location is excellent, and the villa was just beautiful, the quality and attention to detail was much appreciated. The staff were also excellent and very professional in all communications. Great location near some great cafes restaurants Easy beach access and each villa has a pool And are self contained

Alles was perfect

We had a fabulous time here. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful location with a direct access to the beach. The villa had modern equippment and lots of room as well as comfortable bed and furniture. We liked the small pool on the terrace. Nice to cool down at day or watch stars in the night.

Clean and spacious - enough room for 4 people and the beach access was so awesome . Staff were friendly and helpful

Pool didn’t seem to be working properly and a whole heap of chlorine was dumped in during stay so couldn’t really swim that day - otherwise was fine . Didn’t really feel like “guests” at pacific resort when we went there - service as average

Everything about the accommodation and beach. Staff were great.

Just need to trim branches away from outdoor shower.

Air conditioning, very comfortable space, amazing pool, beach access, very private, overall staff were friendly and the cleaners were very obliging

Would be nice for breakfast at pasific resort to be included at least once or twice, seeing as we stayed so many nights, it would have been a nice bonus to have the breakfast included

Love the privacy, lux interiors, everything is nearby. Close to Pacific Resort, air conditioning and private pool. Loved my shower. Friendly staff.
