Room had a "funny" smell. Courtyard area is also a smoking area - not so good for non-smokers. The hostel is located in a cul-de-sac which may feel a little unsafe at night. There was a park nearby that had homeless people - just something to be aware of, not saying they would pose a problem.

Close to metro station and within walking distance to Bellas Artes museum and Patio Bella Vista restaurants and shopping. Was great to have tour options, in-house bar and pizza night. Breakfast staff were very nice and there was a good enough range of breakfast items for me.

The rooms were noisy and the other guests were very vibrant, so if you're not into that, it's not your hostel.

We stayed only one night and got a 4 person room with separate bathroom for a very small price. The people were super nice and very quick. We didn't expect a lot from the hostel for one night, but we were sad that we only stayed so short since they had a bar within the hostel that was very alive.

The hostel organises dinner with drinks in the common area make which makes a great way to meet other travellers without it being a party hostel. Staff is friendly and helpful!

The hostel is huge! The patio is very special and a great place to relax. It has work spaces, kitchens, fitness, etc. There is a great program for guests every day (like pizza or free Pisco sour evenings). Highly recommended.

Lots of the beds made tons of noice when you moved in them. It was also a bit warm in the rooms.

You are charged 19% local tax, unless you use American dollars. Foreigners are supposed to be exempt from the tax! The bar isn’t very well stocked, mostly just tinned beers, often just from reception. Rooms for individuals, a bit on the steep side, sometimes.

Good location, close to subway stations and walkable to Barrio Italia, Barrio Lastarria and Bellavista. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. 24hr manned front desk. Even though it’s huge, it has a good atmosphere. They organise events. Some simple/basic food available most days.

Nice and spacious hostel. It is a big place with many beds so there is a lot of action. Very friendly people and nice kitchens.

Avoid the top floor. The rooms are like saunas and only have fans no AC. Also no hot water but given the room temperature that was OK

There are lots of common areas and a very beautiful patio. Also a gym and a working space, which is not easy to find in a hostel. The room was comfortable and the shared toilets/kitcheb were clean. Very social hostel, is easy to meet friendly people. The staff were great and the location very convenient. I would definitely stay again!

Price is slightly higher for a room with shared bath but the hostel vibe is there with friendly staffs and many travellers. Stone throw's from train station in a quiet neighbourhood. It is walking distance to the Barrio Italia where it is a nice place to walk around and do some shopping.

A lovely hostel. They put on socials, and have great facilities (like a co-working space and a fitness room). I stayed in a double room with private bathroom and thought it was good value for money. Location is great, very central and close to two different metro stations.
