The pools were great but the equipment in the fitness room weren’t that good.

Breakfast was varied and good quality. The benefit of water fountains was unexpected and great for refilling bottles (and saved on plastic). The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and a lovely outdoor shower.

The food from the restaurant wasn’t really good, mainly the cheeseburger, it was awful and I don’t recommend eating it. I also didn’t liked the bugs at the restaurant.

We loved the aesthetic and the comfy room. I also appreciated the fact that there was a car available to take us to the center of the city. The breakfast was very complete too.

In overall the bathroom was way below our expectations. The WC was making a lot of noise and the shower in marginal conditions. The amount of toilette paper was limited. Also I should mention the WiFi connectivity was absolutely poor and useless from room 1603. I'd suggest to add an electric kettle and tea bags to the room facilities.

Room size, bed and facilities were great. The place is just amazing with outstanding Atacama gardens with cactus and stones. Well done !!! I was so pleased with the coffee machine. Complementary bottled water was also very appreciated

Unfortunately, if you really want to enjoy the silence and atmosphere of Atacama you need to stay in rooms 1900+ and 2000+ … all other are effected by generators running all day and night. Furthermore, the food selection during breakfast and dinner doesn’t meet the standard of a hotel on this price level.

I completely loved this awesome place, best hotel ever, people is very very nice, Santiago from the front desk is super nice, you can tell he loves his job, his willingness to help you. All staff is very supportive and friendly, they welcome you with honest smiles. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, the design worth some nice pictures. Delicious breakfast, I don’t have anything bad to mention. I loved they have bicycles, so you can go on a ride if you arrive before the check in, they also have sunscreen and body lotion at the front desk, nice detail to help you with Atacama’s weather. The woman that helps with the cleansing of the hotel (the one that owns a dog) is very kind, she makes you feel like home. 300% recommended this place! Thank you all! 🥰

a/c in the room was bad

Rooms are great. the king bed fits 3 (2 adults and a 10 year old). the a/c in the room was not great but everything else was wondeful.

The food in the restaurant was great but always lukewarm or cold. They put the hot buffet food into large metal containers which seem to be 'heated' by a woefully small candle underneath. We were always the first to dinner and everything was cold. It was such a shame as otherwise the food was tasty.

The walk to the room was a little far and some of the power plugs were in inconvenient places.

They could definitely accomodate you in "quiet" rooms or, at least, avoid staying next to noisy parties. I mean, if you are on family trip with kids, you don't wanna be up late with noisy folks in the next room. That little detail could have made a huge diufference.

Breakfast was great! You get a lot of options with a continental breakfast, and the added bonus of finding some local herbs for your morning tea. Also, you can order special requests and will happily prepare them for you. Needless to say the staff was amazing! I'm coming back to Cumbres on my next trip to San Pedro.

We had a really nice time at the Hotel Cumbres. The rooms are well decorated and spacious, the beds are comfortable and cozy. Everything is very clean. The breakfast was very good, several warm and cold options. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

People organizing tours: they cancelled our tour to Moon Valley arguing tour was sold out from travel agency (although tour was previously confirmed). We went to San Pedro town and succesfully book it directly from another travel agency. Contacting other travel agencies could be provided by the hotel. Quality of bycicles provided by the hotel is very poor. This is a small investment for the hotel which will provide lot of satisfaction to customers.
