The accommodations are not related with the price of the hotel. Big room but nothing special No parking included. Restaurant and breakfast are low standard

    Good location.

The evening food and wine offerings were outstanding and included in our room price. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The concierge service was outstanding - Alicia in particular

It took three calls to get my laundry collected, no acknowledgement of this issue which would have been useful since they have a time limit for same day return and by the time it was collected it was well past the time limit. A little bit casual and out of character.

Simply a very good hotel near good facilities and very well run.

Only an outdoor pool, and not heated. So no swimming unless summer time. Rooms decor is getting dated. I imagine that the hotel isn't far away from a refurbishment.

Very friendly and eager to please staff, helpful day or night. Good range of restaurants onsite and room service menu. Great location next to shopping mall and kids park.

It's an old renovated hotel, The pool and jacuzzi are outside so you don't use them, the gym is basic and the lobby is connected to an office building which gives it a feeling of train-station.

The executive floor offers good service

We stayed here for the final night of a two week Santiago - Norte Grande trip. We had previously stayed for a few nights in the central part of Santiago, close to Plaza Armas but wanted to see what the modern eastern section of the City was like. The hotel is located in the east part of Santiago, so if you're mainly interested in the fabulous museums and history of the City, it's a bit off the mark. You'll be relying on cabs and the cab drivers of Santiago are notoriously dishonest. It's a 40 minute walk to the nearest subway stop, so public transport for most things is out. Still, the area is interesting and walking allows you to see some wonderful modern architecture up close. The area feels safe unlike other parts of the City where you have to be on guard all the time. The staff we dealt with were all well trained, efficient and very courteous. Staff were particularly helpful with luggage storage, arranging a winery tour, ordering transportation and providing information about the area. And they tolerated my feeble efforts to speak Spanish - even though they were all proficient in English. The room was very spacious, clean, cool and quiet and the bed heavenly. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Absolutely nothing really to complain about with this Marriott.

plenty of roadworks in the neighborhood, so traffic is massive. Hotel is very nice, but a little "dusty" and old-fashioned.

Very good location, next door to a shopping mall with restaurants and supermarket. Very attentive and friendly staff, speaking good english.

Hotel is pretty untended. The rooms look old and dirty. In my case, I spent two days without the room's attendant came to make up my room. At the breakfast time, the staff was very discourteous and rude. It was almost 11 am and they did not wait for us to finish our breakfast. The staff was pretty negligent. This place does not deserve to be call a Marriot Hotel. Elevators were broken. A total mess!!

    The location is great
