The only thing I could pick out is that the bathroom is a little tight and tiny, but that's a nitpick at best.

The staff specifically was amazing and helpful, kind and upbeat. Everything they did was to help, including allowing me to leave my bag while hiking in the park after checking out and giving me restaurant recommendations. Amazing.

Mister Marco was an amazing host, very helpful , welcoming and nice. I would definitely stay here again. There is breakfast included and next to the hostel there is a vegan gluten free bakery as well.

There was nothing that I did not like. The breakfast could have perhaps had more protein options or less ultra processed options.

The location was great and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I felt like I was staying with family and was treated as such. This applied to all the staff in the entire hostel. The price was also really good! This is the only place I will stay upon my return

The location was a little farther from the bus station but we managed. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Marco made a bag lunch when I left early to hike Torres del Paine. It was very appreciated. The room was large enough for 3 people and was a welcome change from our previous hostal.

I wished the cleaners didn’t touch and move my belongings from the bed and on to the desk while they were cleaning.

In the main hub and close to everything. Owners are very nice and let me store my baggage in the hotel for free while I did the O Trek for 7 days.

The building is old. The windows can’t close properly so you can hear everything outside and also everything next door. The floor, walls and doors all crooked, but it gives a charme to the place.

I really appreciated the very kind and helpful staff and getting a good night's sleep in quietness. Close to everything and short walk to the bus station. Bonus, next door there is a Bakery with gluten free, sugar free and vegan cup cakes and more!

This is very nice family owned hotel in traditional chileans style close to the center of Puerto Natales. The owner carried very much about our comodity, he was very kind. Thanks you very much for nice relax after trekking in NP Torres del Paine here!

Wifi was excellent throughout the property for most of my three-day stay; unfortunately though, neither of my devices could pick up wifi for an hour or so one evening. The heating system is temperamental. The owner did come up to my room a couple of times to attempt to fix it; however, I ended up going without heating on two of my three nights.

The highlight here is the owner: exceptional hospitality. The property is comfortable. There is a nice breakfast - and the owner brought forward the serving time on one of the days of my stay, which was appreciated.

This hostel was the perfect place to stay before and after completing the W trek. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he let me leave some bags in the hostel whilst I was on the trek and he even arranged an earlier breakfast for me when I needed to leave before the normal breakfast time to catch a bus. The location is good, just a 10-15 minute walk to the bus station, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and warm. Would definitely recommend.

I guess the walls are rather thin so if you're sensitive to noise that may be a bit of an issue.
