The parking is tight and requires to coordinate with other passengers, cars are stacked in a small place with difficult access.

This is a hotel with an ”alp-feeling”, in need of renovation. Our room was on the second floor, big, nice view, but with a lot of noise from the streets around the hotel. No lift. Breakfast was basic. Very limited parking. Friendly staff.

First room I had in the reception was quite tired and bathroom wasn’t in a great state but it was still comfortable. I needed to extend for a further night and the room I moved to was much nicer. Breakfast was good and it’s a 10min walk to the centre /sea front. I had an early bus to catch before breakfast service started so they packed some sandwiches for me to take with me which was much appreciated.

Very nice and clean. Good value. The location is not super accesible as it is high up on a hill at a steep incline. Not very accesible to walk to the center of town. I ended up ubering to the center of town. Definitely not a location for people with disabilities or mobility impaired as inside the hotel there are lots of stairs and steps.

Parking situation was confusing - limited fenced spots so parked in front. Lighting & cc surveillance made it pretty safe, however. Late clerk was very young and a bit short on hospitality (and English) but adequate. Quiet neighborhood except for barking dog symphony deep into the night!

Architecturally unique hotel on hill away from gritty downtown Puerto Montt. Nice view from room, which was spacious with good big bed. Excellent security.

I appreciated the personal touch by those who were at the front desk. Each person was hospitable and helpful. After a 22 hour travel time from the U.S. it was a delight to have a comfortable room - with a clean bathroom and shower. The hotel is situated near the downtown area - so it was easy to walk to town and take in some of the sights. The final hill up to the hotel is a 'pull' -- but it's worth it. The breakfast was delicious and the table setting was excellent. The ability to eat on the balcony made it a special time.

Impossible to park

Regrettably there was no room available, despite the booking being confirmed. However, a room was offered in the twin hotel in the city which was similar in terms of offering. Nice breakfast and comfortable beds.

The staff did not seem willing to try and communicate with me. In fact it felt like I was being avoided. In spite of demands to pay up front. They wanted to wait until my last day, which seemed like no one want to manage the necessary conversation. I speak little Spanish.

The bed was too soft for us.

The hotel had great views, good wifi, an excellent breakfast with bread, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, milks, yoghurts, juices, cake and spreads. The staff spoke good English and were really helpful. The location is only a 10min walk to the waterfront but meant it was really quiet.

We could use the terrace and were offered cutlery to eat our packed dinner, which was very nice.

Dogs barked all night, traffic noise very loud. Have to leave your room key with staff when you go out.

My car was parked in front of the hotel and had 2 flat tires. As I was one black away in a flat street people from an office near told me I wasn't the first to happen. Always ask to park inside as they have limited parking space.

Poor cleanliness, shower power was awful and they did not use the heating so the room was quite cold, despite asking for it.
