United Arab EmiratesWe had a truly wonderful 4-night stay at Atlantis Sanya with our two children (ages 7 and 1). The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly our incredible butler, Farhana. From the moment she messaged me before our arrival, I knew we were in good hands. She personally greeted us the second we arrived, warmly welcomed our family, and guided us to our room. Throughout our stay, Farhana went above and beyond—always available to answer our questions, anticipate our needs, and make sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Even when I accidentally left an item in the room after checkout, she quickly and effortlessly arranged to have it returned to me. Atlantis Sanya is a fantastic hotel with excellent amenities, but it was Farhana’s exceptional care and attention that made our trip truly unforgettable.

It is a perfect vacation spot for all ages, family, couple etc. Room was spotless and top of the class, lounge accommodated us with breakfast which was very convenient, and unlimited access to the water park was a huge plus. There are many types of restaurants, free access to the aquarium, pools that are open until 10pm with cocktail bar with live music, and numerous shops. We wish we were here for more days. Finally, we had huge help from our personal concierges, Dikshya and Fahad, who helped us from the day we arrived at the airport, facilitated our check-in, gave us information about the hotel whenever we needed, provided us with every extra amenities whenever we asked so we don't ever have to call the front desk, and even surprised us with cake and lovely room decoration for my wife's birthday. We would love to visit here again in the future.

This was our first time in Sanya, and choosing to stay at Atlantis was absolutely the best decision we could have made, especially with kids! The resort offers a perfect mix of luxury, fun, and thoughtful service that made our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our personal butler, Fatima, who went above and beyond to assist us at any hour. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel completely at home. The level of service throughout the resort was exceptional, there was always someone available to help, and we were especially grateful for the staff's ability to communicate in English, which made everything so easy. The Aquapark and Lost Chambers aquarium were absolute highlights for the whole family! There was never a dull moment, and our kids were constantly entertained. On top of that, the resort surprised us with fresh fruit in our room every few days, and our children were thrilled with the adorable gifts they received. It’s those extra touches that made the experience so special. Housekeeping was impeccable, our room was always spotless and well-maintained. Overall, Atlantis Sanya exceeded all expectations. It’s a paradise for families and an ideal place to create lasting memories. We are so thankful for the incredible hospitality and can’t wait to return!
