Breakfast could have more variety since they have space.

The lobby and swimming pools are a piece of Paradise. Kevin is the most professional one in the reception desk, ask him if you have any issues with your stay. Our room was faced a building and we wanted more privacy, he changed our room to the river side that was costly than ours. Kevin understood that a Middle Eastern family matters privacy more.

Everything is arranged in an orderly manner - from check in to check out. staff were very friendly, helpful and work efficiently. we got upgraded to a huge room with spectacular views of the city. Had extraordinary dining experience in our one night staying, we had lunch, evening drinks, all were high quality. the morning tea with exquisite handmade dian xin is a must try. We'll staying White Swan Hotel on our next visit for sure.

The staff at the business center is polite but not genuinely friendly (aloof), but I will attribute that to their incomplete dominion of the english language. Also, I had left something in the room but the housekeeping department was slow to react and didn't seem too interested in solving my problem. When I finally complained with the reservations department, the problem was solved. At an earlier stay, the staff was much more friendly and service oriented. Despite all that, I am still satisfied.

The location is by 珠江 (Zujiang), beautiful scenery. Unfortunately it's not within walking distance to other landmarks and shopping.

It's a really up class hotel, spotless clean and beautiful. The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were big, comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet though very expensive and also the dim sum breakfast. Love the sand worms dim sums.

No major dislikes although the night blind in my room was not working properly but that was not a big issue. As mentioned the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet in the Riverside Cafe was excellent with a good choice of food. We had dinner on one night in the Riverside - the buffet dinner was absolutely excellent. We used the bar for drinks, and for afternoon tea. We also played cards while enjoying a drink in the bar. Our rooms had nice views. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well serviced with clean towels etc. The shower had good pressure and good hot water. All staff very friendly and helpful.
