The hotel does not serve breakfast and this really lets it down as we did not find anywhere nearby to have breakfast. We ended up walking in the rain to a convenience store to find something to eat.

This hotel is all about location. It is perfect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The room had very little illumination. Can fix some powerful lights so that we can work on your laptop, Breakfast not available.

Location was on the walking street. Many local restaurant, family mart available. Metro line no 2 station East Nanjing street and people square nearby the property. I was given a very spacious room on request with walking street facing door.

All good but the Wifi didn't work very well.

The location was central. Only 5 minute walk to metro station, right in Nanjing pedestrian street, but not too noisy. Older property but adequate for two nights.

The room not very clean and the shower was in a a bad condition. The staff in particular the gentleman who checked us in. The room service did the bed, changed the towels but didn’t wash up the cups.

May be is not the best location for those who want to relax, as it’s busy outside till night, and in the morning around 7.30 am there was noise outside, some sport event took place nearby.

Central location, easy to get from Pudong airport by subway, line 2 (the trip takes around 1h). Spacious room, pretty comfy bed. Good value for money.

Obvously a very stylish hotel in the old days. A bit tired but comfotable with everything you need for an affordable stay i the heart of Shanghai. Helpful front desk. Forget about the internet in China though...... Google and lots of stuff doesn't work as they are blocked. Get lots of cash out of an ATM at the airport as Visa etc doesn't work. most places. Get the Maglev train from the airport to Long Yang.... walk t Line 2 an catch a Metro to some where like Red Square an catch a cab to your hotel if hyou dont want to walk 10-15 mins. Ot just catch the metro from the airport......... it takes an hour 20 mins. and is 8 Yuan.

Absolute best budget location in the heart of Nanjing Rd E, high floor hotel, very quiet, a/c perfect, dated decor but not worn out, loads hot water, good lift with swipe security required to access hotel floors, reception is on Flr 7, rooms upwards to Flr18. Take Metro from PVG airport to People’s Square, easy flat walk to hotel Check in is from 2pm, they will securely store your luggage for free until then if rooms are not available earlier

The room is worn and needs some repair, the lobby is located on the 7th floor, which is not immediately obvious when you are outside the building.

We were a group of three and staying at The Seventh Heaven Hotel for 2 nights. We enjoyed our travels in Shanghai. It was an excellence location, a few steps away from the property (Located right in the centre of all attractions). Highly recommended.
