The smell in the room and the smell of the fruit/tomatos they bring to the room every day. But I understand it's because of their water - it has a specific smell... Also, the housekeeper can be quite intrusive knowing you're in the room.

Breakfast could be improved and needs more English speaking staff. Some staff are very smelly. Management should put in place rules on personal hygiene for the staff.

Top hotel with tasteful and clean rooms in a better than other locations. From this hotel you can walk in the best road of Dongguan where all the restaurants are located.

A little longer than expected from the bars and convenience store wasn't easy to find.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, primarily due to the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff’s attentiveness made a significant difference in my overall experience. The rooms were nothing short of immaculate—spotlessly clean and impressively spacious. It was a delight to unwind in such a luxurious environment, especially considering the very modest price point. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities truly reflected the high standards of the establishment. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Dongguan. It offers easy access to local attractions and vibrant areas, making it an ideal base for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service—all at an incredible value. It’s a gem in Dongguan!

The first room was not clean and had problem with the water. It was immediately replaced.

Convenient location, great restaurants and services within walking distance. Large, clean and comfortable rooms, good facilities with 2 swimming pools. Good wifi and international TV channels available too.

The only hotel to stay in Dongguan. Really excellent service and the hotel is immaculate. Customer service is brilliant, room service is good, Spa is exceptional and overall a very easy place to do business. Coffee is great too!

No negatives at all, I was familiar with this Hotel from a previous extended stay (before the re-opening) and once again enjoyed the experience

Great location, within walking distance of a green area popular for walking, jogging and fresh air. Friendly and bilingual staff always willing to help. Used the gym on 2 days, well equipped but missing a stationary bicycle

we booked and paid for a room with access to the Executive lounge - however this was not available for breakfast so you took our money but did not deliver!! the see through glass door on the toilet is not appropriate
