Great location in Pudong. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The amenities are great- pool, gym, sauna, play room! Loved that there was IFC Mall right under the hotel which allowed easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes and grocery.

The shelves and drawers are quite dusty. There is a dishwasher but no washing powder provided. Called and request and only give 1. No laundry powder too despite there is a washing machine

The main entrance to the residence lobby/check-in was not specified clearly! Even the taxi and Didi drivers could not find it easily.

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable for good asleep. The location in the same building as a high end shopping mall was great. The staff were friendly, trying to help.

Huge amount of space in the flat, all the amenities you could need, and room service very reasonably priced. The pool and gym are both free to use and absolutely fantastic. The view from the gym, pool and rooftop terrace is absolutely breathtaking.

Let down by the non-existing service from the hotel staff. Messages ignored and everything just seemed like too much trouble for them.

The rooms are a really good size and well maintained. The location is also right in the middle of the financial district; well connected to get to the rest of Shanghai and a plenty in the location vacinity

There is no bar/restaurant/room service after 10 pm. But Ritz is close with good bar on the top floor. Breakfast is ok, but no more than that

The room was spacious , 2 bathrooms, perfectly for family. The hotel is situated inside the IFC Mall. Very convenient and the train station is just few mins walking distance. Love it! The view was incredible as well.

The room is nice, cleaned, modern, organized. And the location is excellent. The apartment is in IFC mall which has all the brands. The metro station is near as well so it was easy to move and travel. Staff are very helpful and they know English. Few things only to be improved. 1. Breakfast is not nice and specially for Arab, it would be better to add some intercontinental foods like beans, hash brown...etc. 2. The service of the houspeeking very good but not wow or excellent. It would be better to improve and be more specified while tidying up the bed and cleaning. Overall experience, gratefull and enjoyed. I will be back to stay in same apartment and wish to continue same level of service and even better.

I’ve spent hundreds of nights in hotels in east asia, and this might be my favorite family find. The location was super central and easy to get to, the facilities were modern (bidet toilet!), the place was well stocked, the staff was very helpful.
