Convenient location.The hotel room was clean and above what I had expected. They serve a good breakfast, with a variety of options. The staff members were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I needed to be in Shenyang.

When we arrived early in the morning, I just wanted to leave our luggage there first and come back in the afternoon to check in, but they have a room available, so they checked us in right away. And when I ask for extra bottle water, the cleaning lady always leave us extra bottles of water.

The rooms get too cold at night (I stayed in late October, probably okay in Summer) and the provided heater is too small to get it to the comfortable temperature, considering the size of the room and the highest ceilings ever, and, since there are no bathrobes, getting out of the shower is not for the faint-hearted)

Very spacious nicely styled room with high ceilings and everything needed for both leisure and business trip. The hotel is conveiently located in the financial center of the city and has shops and transportation means close by, taxi to/from the airport only takes about 30 minutes. Soundproofing is excellent, it literally felt like there was noone else in the hotel. The staff is welcoming and super helpful, though beware that without basic knowledge of chinese you would definitely need a translator app as (which is really a common occurence in China) English is not really spoken and understood. Breakfast was served during quite a big timeframe, dishes are mostly based on Chinese cuisine and, though variety is limited, everything was fresh and delicious, with options covering most of the preferences. Check in desk does work at night which is a big pro for business and layover stays, I arrived at around 2 am and the staff at the reception desk got me through the check-in process extremely fast and pain-free being really nice and cheerful the whole time even at this ungodly hour. I only had a short stay because it was during an overnight layovar but, leaving the hotel, I really wished I could stay longer, would definitely stay here again if I visit Shenyang.

No shopping or restaurants nearby, it was mostly transportation and office area.

It was close to North train station and metro station, 15-minute walking distance.

It is not in the town central where you can find many restaurants, cafes or shopping stores nearby like the palace and ZhongJie, but given that the distance is not very far and the taxi fare is very cheap, it is quite easy to get a taxi to go anywhere nearby to eat or shop, but one word for advice , do not take the local taxis as the drivers are usually quite reckless, as we have the DIDI App, so 5 of us usually book a 6 seater vehicle with the driver is so much courteous and well mannered and the price has no big differences between two taxis to this one big 6 seaters SUV.

The staff there is extremely helpful and courteous, especially front desk manager Gloria Chen, few receptionist at the counter remembering only Gao Dan, they helped us to get a driver and guide who brought us to outskirt area like QiPanShan 棋盘山, BenXi 本溪 Water Caves and DanDong 丹东， North Korea Boarder etc which proved to be a memorable trip for us which should not be missed, without their arrangement, our trip will not be smoothed as this way. Thumbs up to the staff and the services they rendered.

Staff, so super friendly, I mean really friendly and helpful. Good location Only negative is getting around unless you are prepared to walk like I do. Google maps and Gmail blocked, but not hotels fault, just a tip to download a different map app

The room did not have a mini-fridge and the toilet bowl could do with a washer tap at the side.

Location is the one thing that the hotel has the advantage over others , the overall facilities make the living very comfortable, cleanness is what I care the most while traveling, this hotel meets my standard , their breaking buffet is my favorite , with many varieties to choose . I am very satisfied with place and highly recommend it .
