Don't know why, even when we booked a taxi, drivers do not want to turn into the hotel pick up point. this caused some inconvenience especially during heavy downpours.

Very convenient location on top of Shenzen underground Laozhe station (Exit H). Excellent buffet breakfast included for one person per room as part of the selected package. Extra breakfast at a very reasonable Rmb40.

We felt the breakfast spread was very limited. Most dishes were limited in the serving amount, they would only have a dish available where only 2 people could serve from. Be aware that Booking.com only gave 1 breakfast for the rooms we booked and then needed to pay for an extra 2. We only found out once the booking was completed and couldn't cancel. The King room was not that great as a light would be shinning on the side of the window lighting up the room. The twin room was alot better more spacious, the kids had a better room than us!!! Very basic for 1 night stay would be perfect.

Location, Location, Location is key when traveling with a family. Just around the corner from exit H and a stone thrown away from the Dongmen Pedestrian Street. The friendly staff at reception making the experience more enjoyable. Join the Hyatt group to get discounts. Still waiting for the discount.But perhaps that will only happen if we visit again.

The carpet in the room feels a little dated, but still acceptable condition.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the middle of the shopping street. Not much of a noise pollution even it's within the shopping district. There's a MTR right beside the building thus makes traveling via train super convenient.

Everything about the hotel from staff to breakfast to facilities and location were superb. My family had the best stay here, and it was peaceful at night. The staff were very polite and helpful to guide us how to commute around Shenzhen via train. They also suggested places to visit. The location was super convenient, Lao jie station was just next door and Dong Men Ding Plaza and food haven was nearby. We had lots of good food there.

The only thing I did not like was that the breakfast was only free for 1 person. Not even 2 when I had 3 people staying in the room.

The room was really spacious and great for 3 people. The beds are comfy and the staff are very helpful. The location is perfect, just next to the most popular shopping street in Shenzhen. It is also in close proximity to a metro station. Highly convenient.

Location of hotel is good. Right above the metro station "Laojie". It is close to Luo Hu and convenient to go to Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent. Room is nice, clean and spacious. Cleaning staff did a good job.

Great location. Room was big and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only one small thing that bothered me... the walls need to be properly repainted rather than simply touched up with blotches everywhere.

The location is super convenient to the busiest Dongmen walking district, yet it is very quiet. The metro is just around the corner, just 1 minute walk to the closest exit of Laojia metro station. The king room was very big and the king size bed was comfortable.
