Although it is not within walking distance of the metro station or the airport itself, the hotel provides a complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service, which is both reliable and efficient. I contacted them via WeChat, and the staff responded quickly and professionally. The waiting time for the shuttle was short, which made the transfer process smooth and hassle-free. The customer service was warm and relaxed, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming, which made it a great place to unwind after a long day. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and soundproofing wall, allowing me to get sufficient and undisturbed rest every night. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room met my expectations and added to the comfort of my stay. In addition to its proximity to the airport and the convenience of round-the-clock shuttle service, the hotel is also located within a reasonable distance of downtown Kunming. This makes it easy to explore the city, whether by taking the metro from the airport or using ride-hailing services such as DiDi directly from the hotel. There are also a variety of restaurants nearby the hotel, which was a plus when I wanted to grab a meal without going far. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service near Kunming International Airport. A bit far from the airport can’t walk it - I recommend you book a free airport pick up from the hotel. The hotel is great value for what you pay. Near lots of local restaurants and small shops.

The shower temperature did not get very hot. It was still warm enough to use, but not hot.

The staff were extremely helpful. The location, for an overnight stop between flights was excellent. The hotel room was very comfortable and nicely decorated.

I only stay for 1 night and was out the whole day, so is no complain. The shuttle was free and on time. Might be I like bigger room if I should stay for few days. Surely there are many rooms with different budget and I understand .

The service was excellent beyond my expectations. The front office tried to help and service to their best. I visited Kunming Provincial Museum, , and though they cannot speak English, she monitored me by ordering a taxi , and also to book me from Kunming Provincial Museum, with the help of the security staff of the museum. She monitored the taxi number and communicated with the staff of security. The hotel gave free shuttle service to the airport. The hotel location was great and awe can walk in distance walking to have local restaurants and souvenirs to bring back home. I would recommend the hotel when you need to travel to and from International Kunming airport.

The hotel did not respond to messages on Booking.com - perhaps unfamiliar with this platform as we noted there are not many reviews but there are hundreds of reviews on other booking platforms.

This is a great hotel if you need to be near the airport. A taxi from airport on meter costs around 25 Chinese yuan (£2.50). The hotel and room are very comfortable and would cost 5 (+) times the price we paid, if located in a European city. The hotel arranged for an (included) shuttle to the airport the following morning for us.
