Construction works on the ground floor and limited washers & dryers.

The bed and pillow are comfy and there's no weird smell and room seems clean. Location is convenient with Lawson right below.

There are 3 hotels same name will be a bit confusing when order food delivery or parcel. Anyhow staff was helpful and assisted us to solve immediately.

Be careful when order parcel or food delivery. There are 3 same hotel name in that area. Have to state correct location as well as address especially the street name. Anyhow the staff is always helpful if you really got issues.

Great rooms. Good price. Nice staff. But cigarette smoke entered my room during the night and found it difficult to sleep. Either through AC or people smoking in the corridors.

After check-out we asked if we could leave our bags somewhere while we waited for our next connection. We had to leave them out in the open in the communal area which made us a little nervous.

The location is excellent and the rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Great value for money.

Hidden gem although located in the old building but the hotel exactly the same with the picture. Modern, clean and full equipment. But, something I wonder, we stay for 3 nights there, the house keeping never tidy up our bed, although they clean the bathroom and floor.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Quieter rooms at the back of the hotel. Don’t be put off by the entrance (quite standard in China) this hotel is great value for money and in a super location near the pedestrian area.

The ground floor of the building is very messy. Not part of the hotel. Big contrast to the hotel which on the second floor is very nice.

The rooms were new like the pictures. Super clean and very comfortable. Glad to be able to rest in a nice room after a full day out. The staff were friendly and cleaners super efficient. This hotel is great!

Only the areas which hadn’t been renovated..

Location was excellent, so was the front desk staff, they were always helpful and smiling. Whilst parts of the hotel were a little untidy, the rooms had been recently renovated, tastefully decorated. and very comfortable.

Excellent position, you can go by walking to the main attractions in the center of Chongqing. It was very easy to find, which is not granted in China (you can find the hotel on google maps and on Didi taxi easily). The room was nice and comfortable, it was clean and the laundry service was good. There is a convenience store just downstairs, also the metro.

There was renovation on the upper floors of the building that we were unaware of, hence made it difficult to sleep in. The room was dusty — we could see dust mites everywhere. The daily cleaning of the room was inconsistent, they sometimes forget to make the bed or would do it half heartedly.

Location was great, near jiefangbei and other places of interest with good food options. the hotel is also next to a lawson, and some souvenir shops. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Bottled water was free.

Nothing, it offers amazing quality/value for the price. To say something, it could include a little breakfast.

Location is right in the middle. The entrance to the hotel is through a building under construction and dodgy elevators, but the hotel reception is on the 2nd floor. Room size is amazing, confy beds, very clean and nice shower... Staff uses basic English, but they were helpful and messaged to make sure you find the entrance.

The noise isolation is very bad. Any activity outside at corridor can be heard very clearly. Noise from next room can be also heard easily

No complains.

Good location, within walking distance to Hongya Cave and Jiefangbei shopping district. There is a convenience store at ground level of the hotel. The towels were changed daily and were fresh and white. The bed is bigger than a super single and it is comfortable. Free-to-use washing machine and dryer. Staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with my friends’ online purchase delivery issue even though it was not their responsibility.

Everything was perfect

Loved everything about this hotel. Location was perfect, room was clean, modern and spacious, staff was very kind and helpful. There was a Lawson next to the hotel and it was walking distance or a quick Didi to many sites. I would 100% recommend this hotel
