They forgot about my airport transfer that I had reserved two days ago, but the managers called a taxi at the hotel’s expense and treated me to complimentary drinks. Everything was resolved well. I really didn’t like the spa massage; it was definitely not worth the money.

Incredible design and attention to details. The location is very well connected to Forbidden City and shopping areas. The staff has been amazing, and upgraded us to a suite. They have also helped us book the tickets to Tianmen Square.

Nothing! Outstanding hotel

Without doubt the best hotel in Beijing! Location is perfection, walking distance to major sites/shopping areas, right beside Metro stop (National Art Museum stop on Line 8). Staff were attentive, helpful, and excellent English. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm off the busy streets in Beijing, a pleasure to come back to and relax/refresh. Very much a Spa hotel the vibes are chill and relaxed. The Spa and Gym onsite are excellent also. Breakfast had a large selection and on the better side of breakfast buffets you'd see at a hotel. The room itself was big, particularly loved the bathroom with two sinks, big bath and a Japanese style toilet (always fun!) Overall this hotel was perfection, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Hotels are cheap in China, if this hotel was in Europe you'd be paying 4x the cost for a similar hotel. 10/10

Some of the electrical outlets in the rooms were a little loose

We liked everything about this hotel - the elegant decor that combined modernity with Chinese tradition, the friendly and helpful service from all the staff, the central location of the hotel, and the excellent food!

Would have been better if breakfast is included in the rate of the hotel. Spa and food is way too expensive, not great value for money.

Good location, 2 min walk from the entrance to the subway. Very clean and staff were very helpful. Recep could communicate in both English and Mandarin which helped alot during our stay.

Probably the best hotel in Beijing superior to any other 5 star hotels. Absolutely superb! Deserves to be selected as number one choice: the curated design, the serenity, the attentive staff, the layout of the rooms, the unthinkable detail thought in advance, the dinning experience associated with the unique location with almost a direct connection to Beijing subway, transform a casual stay in a ultimate experience. Nothing - it was impeccable from the service to location.

The staff were courteous and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, and provided impeccable service down to details such as providing a warm water bottle every night for our use in warming the beds during the cold winter days - something we did not expect at all, but were so grateful for. The location was also great, being located within walking distance of Wangfujing. The ambience of the hotel was calming and relaxing. I'm sure I'll be back if I'm ever in Beijing again!

quality of restaurants are not as good as I was expected. Though the Chinese restaurant,富春居, specialized in Cantonese food, is rated with Michelin star, honestly I feel lots of HK restaurants are doing better food than this one, not to mention about the price. On Dec 24, I took the set menu from Rive Gauche, and based on the price, I really felt the food was so so... this is my personal comment.

Location is very good, and right in front of the entrance is the subway station 美術館站, very convenient for a tourist. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room is in good size and cosy. It was a very pleasant stay for me.

Great hotel, similar theme to their sister hotel Puli in Shanghai, room was big and spacious. Well-equipped gym with latest exercise machineries though not that big.

Everything amazing. Staff is helpful and friendly. I was assistance in every single request I made. They lady in the concierge service even manage to contact and recover some shopping bags I forgot in the taxi. We were very impressed with hotel.
