NigeriaMy first stay was great and okay but my second stay was very weird, first one of the decorative ornaments was missing from its place and I knew because I had stayed the week before. I told them about it and they somewhat tried to imply I stole it, something that is normally glued to the marble. They did offer to change my room but I was too busy to follow up. The final one was their attention to allergies, most of the staff didn’t understand allergies… I have a soy allergy so i ended up consuming some soy once but thankfully I caught it in time. Finally the food menu I wanted mashed potatoes and they brought me fried potatoes, trying to explain that I just wanted what was on the menu was so annoying and when they finally brought me “mashed potatoes” let’s just say I could not eat it. Will attach photos. It had long un-cheweable things in it. Would not be staying here again.
I loved how big it was and modern, the staff was eager to help and always smiling. My favorite part were the hospitality.
