Everything ! Very comfortable and pleasant stay. I loved the style and design, super fast elevator, everything was efficient and effortless, well maintained. Great swimming pool ! The front staff was a bit overwhelmed and therefore did an express check in without providing much information about the facilities and nearby activities.

The location is great, very central and close to metro station, but still rather quiet. The staff was very professional. Room was large. We loved the breakfast, very diverse and original with their small stalls.

Hotel is ongoing renovation so you may notice some work noise and sometimes they start very early morning but they finish by 6pm.

Location is central and surrounded by shopping malls and busy lively square (apm mall is 4 mins away by walk), subway station is also 4 mins walk (the same building of Huwaei store). Supermarket, pharmacy and miniso store in the ground floor of the hotel building which makes it very convenient. Staff are very nice and helpful, thanks to the manager Mrs. Joey who nicely helped me changing the room due to some noisy neighbor room.

The restaurant was not really a restaurant where you could enjoy a meal in a pleasant environment. Also, no bar. How could a 5 star hotel not have a cool and inviting bar!?!

The room was very modern, and the bed very comfortable. We rested really well after all the walking during the day.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the morning, and although my room wasn’t ready (as I had been informed in advance), they kindly let me take a shower in the recreation room(?), which was such a relief after the long flight. They also provided me with an adapter. I didn't use the hotel wi-fi as it was heavily restricted : ) The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. If I return to Beijing, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The room was.a good size and all room facilities were great. Breakfast was really good and the pancakes &waffles were superb. The location was brilliant as it was close to the metro, which was easy to use and made getting around Beijing a breeze.

The pillows were uncomfortable therefore it was difficult to fall asleep.

The location was great from which you could easily reach other places by foot or metro. We really liked the size of the room and the king size bed. The room was very clean. Also we enjoyed using the sauna in the hotel.

There was a parcel left for me at the concierge on the day i left (checked-out). I could not get the hotel to help. The concierge did not picked up my phone call either. I hope someone see this msg & called me back with regards to my parcel. (wechat ID: Kittyeve150) I had also left a msg with the hotel. Hopefully i can collect/locate my parcel. Thanks.

Staff was really helpful & friendly especially Gordon Li who was at the front desk upon my check-out ensuring my stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean & house maid was doing it on time. Got of surprised that biscuit was left in my room for my Birthday! really appreciate! Location was really good, malls were around, lot of eateries & getting on & off transport was so convenient. Wide variety spread of breakfast too!

One thing we didn’t like is temperature at out room. Air conditioner works good, air was fresh and clean, but room temperature felt a little cold. We tried to adjust it more warm, it doesn’t work. We ask a receptionist to fix it, they did something. After that temperature was fine, but we prefer more warm temperature in a room. It would be great if guests could change room temperature by themselves.

Our stay at a hotel lasts 6 days. Everything was perfect! Hotel location is the best, it is near huge shop centres and Forbidden city. We used a sauna and swimming pool, that was really good treatment for us after long day. Breakfast (European) is very nice, they offer Chinese food as well. Our room kept clean, all we need was available - tea, water, iron, wi-fi, shampoo and conditioner etc, everything is hight quality. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again. We get so much pleasure, thank you!

Location was great for walking to many key attractions and close to subway. Room was very comfortable and lovely exchange with Han Xihong who tidied up and made sure I didn't run out of the excellent coffee without me even asking. Wide and plentiful choice for breakfast.

The only drawback is that the room with the special view which also was on a higher level, had an uninteresting view, just ordinary buildings in close proximity obscuring the view
