Property was clean and functional, well located for our purposes, used Harbin Central and West train stations and the airport, all within a manageable time radius and close enough to Ice City for a quick visit

MalaysiaHousekeeping can be better. Two days in a row not washing the used cups. Toilet didn’t really clean properly. Hairs are still all over the floor. But overall responding promptly when we raised our concerns.
Location is great. 3mins walk to subway and about 8-10mins walk to the famous street in Harbin downtown. Staffs are helpful. Can’t be more thankful for the complimentary self service laundry service. Best damn thing ever! And the breakfast spread are so so good!

Very spacious room, clean and well organized. Breakfast is good, mostly Asian food but there is also some western food. The staff is really friendly. It’s 10min walk to the train station and a bit longer to the pedestrian street. Around the hotel not much to do. The room temperature was not very high (outside it was -24C at night), c for us that was no problem, but there was a small extra heater, if needed (we did not). The price/quality ratio was so so, but that has to do with the fact that our stay was during the snow and ice winter festival. Prices go up in that period. We will stay here again during a next trip.

AustraliaThe laundry wasn’t easy to use. You have to download an App first then scan the QR code to be able to use the washing machine &drier. However for some unknown reason the QR code didn’t work on my phone so each time when I needed I had to call the receptionist who then sent a staff up there to scan the code on her phone for me so that I can use both machines. I feel very sorry for her. Appreciate her help.
Great location, very close to Zhingyang Ave and the city centre. Easy access to Sun Island and Ice & Snow Sculpture show. Staff are nice and helpful.

AustraliaProperty said they spoke English but it was actually a translator device with 80 languages. The quality of translation is quite bad.
Very clean and modern with great location. Took about 10mins to walk to St Sophia’s Cathedral. Lobby offers hot water and tea which was a nice touch!
