Receptionist are friendly and helpful in answering our queries and helping us with our baggages. Kudos to staff Aurora and Sarah. There is also a chatbot where queries and requests are answered promptly. I strongly recommend this hotel to travellers who are coming for leisure and business trips.

Hong Kongthe power of sauna and steam rooms besides the swimming pool were not turned on ready for guests, so wasted my time to get them heated, gave up lastly, couldn't enjoy them .Last time I remembered the staff in the swimming pool were not attentive, not much improved
the Yue xiu lake view opposite is always excellent as I've been a few times to revisit the hotel. Staff are always smiling courteously, especially the front office and the housekeepers..also, the restaurant provides a variety of good food for the buffet.Despite the small size of swimming pool, it can make me relaxed

The hotel breakfast spread was very good. The room is very spacious and very clean. I like the bedroom slipper provided; it's thick and comfortable. Toiletries were complete. The location is convenient to get a taxi or didi.
