The stay in the place has been very pleasant, the site has very nice and impressive views. They have been very attentive at all times, they picked us up on arrival and any questions we had were answered. They helped us to organize everything in relation to the park to visit it and even took care of getting the tickets, which makes everything easier. Breakfast is buffet style. The room is very nice, spacious and open with everything you need in the bathroom.

Great location, very close to the entrance of Zhangjiajie national park. Very spacious rooms and great pool. Staff was very helpful in assisting with arrangements.

Staff was really nice and helpful with ordering food and taxi. The location provided easy walkable access to the gate and short ride to bailong elevator. The big window gave a nice view of the mountains

The dining option was strange. Amazing food, but there wasn’t really a restaurant. We ordered food in reception and then had to sit in a very strange room to eat it, it felt almost like a store room. There was another room normally set up for breakfast that would have been far better for us to sit in, and they could have made the breakfast room very pleasant for an evening meal, yet strangely didn’t use this.

Location for the National Park was excellent and the room was spacious, with very comfortable beds, great shower and amazing air conditioning!

I’m so glad that this time we chose not a chain hotel, but this particular boutique hotel — everything about it was simply perfect. First of all, the location is ideal — it’s very close to the national park, so there was no need to take a taxi. Secondly, the views are absolutely stunning — you’re literally living surrounded by natural beauty. Third, the service and the staff were exceptional, starting with being greeted at the airport. Our entire experience actually began even before check-in — they reached out to us in advance and offered to book entrance tickets on our behalf. They also created a personalized itinerary for all the must-see spots, which was incredibly helpful and saved us from having to book additional tours. Everything was clearly explained and very accessible. We also really enjoyed the food. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and everything was delicious — honestly, it was the best food experience we had in China during our entire 10-day trip across different cities. A huge thank you to the team for making our stay so special!

Breakfast is good however some more eastern food would add value to it!

We love our rooms, the view is stunning, the staff very friendly and helpful especially Chen from reception who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She has explained us very clearly all the details about our trips to any site we have visited ! We thank Chan for her service and hospitality!

I want to say a big thank you to the staff that made our stay so nice and as easy as possible. We got picked up and dropped off at the airport by them. We didn’t had to worry about anything. The hotel and the scenery looks straight out of instagram posts about dream destinations. Waking up and opening the curtains felt like a dream. We really enjoyed our stay there. Best and most important thing was the distance between the hotel and the national park. In only 5 minutes we were in the park. So for everyone who is planing a trip to the national park should come and stay there. After the long day in the national park we came back to this amazing hotel

Very friendly and super helpfull staff. Another great advantage - the place is not crowded, almost serene. Beautiful location with amazing views, away from main villages and the city. Feels rather B&B than hotel, with a number of spacious common areas and a play room for kids. Very comfortable bed and good quality linen fresh every day.

Beautiful property, clean and comfortable - the rooms were excellent, and staff were extremely helpful. They even assigned an English speaking staff to help us organise our itinerary and book tickets via whatsapp (we triple checked whether the whatsapp contact is from the hotel, before liaising with them to help with the itinerary). We ate their restaurant twice. Their steak is highly recommended.
