The sustainability aspect of the hotel was very unique & had a great purpose behind it. The staff was very knowledgeable about their locale and gave great recommendations; Laura in the lobby bar was exceptional. Also, the breakfast service had plenty of options to choose from. I will definitely return for my next trip.

I loved the view of the Bahia Santa Marta and the city. The staff were incredibly hospitable and pleasant when requesting various updates / information.

CanadaI guess the only thing I noticed was the staff. Other than the front desk staff who were so helpful and amazing, the rest of the staff were quite standoff-ish. You had to basically tackle them if you wanted anything. The bar staff at the pool along with the servers were masters of ignoring the guests. (And not only me). Would a smile hurt? How about asking if everything was ok and could I bring you anything? You know service that makes me feel valued as a guest. Service that wants to make me give an extra tip I. Gratitude. Nope. None of that.
It was clean and safe and the facilities were excellent. I loved my room! It was spacious and wonderful. was no nice to have the little balcony to sit out in the evening and look at the ocean. I loved the glass water bottles that could be endlessly refilled at the bar!! So thoughtful and big props for the environmental awareness. Luz at the front desk was a standout. She was so helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty! The pool was really great.

GreeceThe handles in the shower were kinda broken and super difficult to use. I asked for a print of a document (3 pages) and they did not have normal white paper, they printed it in an old yellow paper, which is not what is expected when you pay this price.

Great hotel with amazing view and gib and comfortable rooms. The hotel is super clean and the stuff very friendly. I arrive before the check in time and they gave me the room nonetheless. Amazing pool!

It is the best big hotel in Santa Marta. It could use some renovation. Overall, the staff is very pleasant and the facility provides all that is needed in a safe environment.
