We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ColombiaThe room was quite small, you cannot adjust the AC, sometimes it was too hot. The bathroom was really disappointing, it was clean but it looked like it was unfinished, the outside windows were dirty, little room for clothes.
Everything was ready when I arrived, had 2 towels. The pool has a nice view. overall ok for the price.

United States of AmericaThe AC wasn't working. I waited 2 days for repair. Also I rented four bed and they took one from me without on my permission. They charged me to have a visitor. The room door was broken. No refrigerator, toilet seat broken Sliding door hard to open no handle And You can hear the air coming through the window because it's crack. Mattress has stains in dirty. I talked to a customer service named veruka Complish nothing and will not reverse my money back to get Another room or hotel.

United States of AmericaWell the room was small, not the way I imagine it. When I went to open the sliding door to the balcony it wouldn't open. Until after pulling and pushing the door I notice it was like off the rail, after that was fix the door was ok. It didn't have a coffee machine or a microwave, but it did have a small fridge at least that was helpful. My room didn't have any dresser like where to put the clothes it did have hangers but I just left the clothes inside my luggage. They would also give one towel per person and then take it to wash it, so we would stay with no towel until the lady would come back with a clean towel so if I wanted to shower I couldn't, I would have to wait. That was kind of weird. Other hotels I have stayed at the room has like additional towels. But if you tell the cleaning lady she's nice and will bring you a clean towel.
The room was alright. The bed was good, comfy. It had a balcony and I could see a bit of the ocean. The location was very good, walking distance to restaurants and the beach and other places. I love that they served 3 meals a day and the food was delicious!!! I enjoyed my stay and would stay again but in a higher floor. On the top they have a pool and the view is awesome!!! I loved it.

The only thing that I liked was the location, otherwise , i would no come back here.

Room have the bathroom very smaller and at the shower the curtain tube was broken, the sink area was dirty and got a cracks on the side. The bathroom area is very small and uncomfortable I request upgrade the room to the staff and speak with the manager. Manager never contact me and wait about more than hour and never get answer from the manager, just all rooms are like that. And I don't think the travel person need get those expectation from the hotel staff and hard time to get better accommodation or upgrade room. The towels never get on time but knock at the door and wake me up at 8 am to pick up the dirty towels and never gave me the clean. Wait for the towels 4 hours. I reccomend bring your own and dont need to wait for them and get a bath when they want due a long period of time to get a towel. Also in the pictures at website only bed, pool, food and ocean view. The rest of the room they dont want customer see it due bad shape Hope can change for better experience and customer expectations.

United States of Americarooms with concrete beds and night stands, phone not working, AC throw ice and water getting the beds wet, the bathroom had absolutely no finish details, the faucets completely lose, the shower curtain allow water to pour out of the tub (short), getting towels was like pulling teeth, doors did not close properly allowing bugs to get in, a safe that did not work,….and much, much more.
