I found little, tiny ants in my room even after it had been cleaned. I didn't keep any food in my room, only water.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, every morning there was something different to taste. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer feel satisfied. My room was very good.

The lightening in my room is not very bright but the bathroom light is great.

This hotel is very clean, located 5 mins from Provenza and it’s like a 20 mins ride to the airport. The staff was extremely friendly especially the night staff! ♥️♥️My room was cleaned daily, the pool was clean, as well as the gym however I did not get to experience the spa as I was busy with excursions. The breakfast was great and its buffet style. The security at the hotel is also great especially at night time. There’s a full body mirror in my room. They also had someone playing music at the piano at night time for dinner. The person who checked me in on my first night was great!!! His customer service was amazing. The hotel is also walking distance to the main road but it’s away from all the traffic noises so I loved that.♥️ it’s so peaceful and comforting.the hotel also arranged my airport pick up and the gentleman Edgar was very welcoming and warm. I’ll be back soon and with a few friends.

I wish the gym would be updated! It’s such a great place and very clean, but needs to have newer machines.

I always say at the Dann Carlton Belfort as it feels like a home away from home. It’s nestled in a perfect location in Poblado and walking distance from the fun and nightlife. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the facilities are very clean. The gym needs some updating and the jacuzzi could be a bit warmer, but that’s the only facilities complaint. The daily breakfast is also amazing with fresh food, fruits and juices.

The receptionist who assisted us with the check in was not that happy, friendly, kind, etc... but it's ok, the restaurant staff and the receptionist who assisted us for the check out were exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the rooms, everything was perfect. The food hummm... I need to come back!

I feel the jacuzzi may look a little abandoned, it was not hot and there wasnt anybody around to ask to warm it up. The Turkish bath was also in not great condition, it was broken or something.

The food was really good, the bed was really confortable, the view, the room was nice and big. Shower was good, clean, everything was good.

Like in my first visit there is one point calling for improvement and reducing the overall rating from 10 to 9: The maid service doesn't work properly. The Minibar was not refilled twice, the room wasn't made up one time. Almost daily there was something missing in the room, e.g. they took away the used glasses from the Minibar but did not replace them 3 times. This definitely needs management attention but besides that my stay was perfect!

It was my 2nd and 3rd stay at the Belford and I have been as happy as I was the first time: quiet location just 5 minutes by car from the center of El Poblado, stylish appeal, great pool, comfy rooms with everything you can ask for, good breakfast (for Colombia that is), very helpful and friendly English speaking (!!!) staff. At this price level a gem!

I didn't like the fitness, the broken machines and I think the hotel management doesn't even know that. I chose the hotel with the fact that he wants to go exercise every day and it was simply not possible there…..disaster!!
