Beautiful beach hotel with an excellent relaxed vibe due to the great staff working there. The food and drinks were also very good. This hotel has a small private part of Palomino beach which is amazing for sunbathing and you can walk along the beach to get to Palomino town which means you can get the chilled vibes of the hotel by day and, if you want, can head into the town to enjoy the bars and restaurants at night.

Beds could be slightly comfier, but still slept very well.

Overall, really amazing stay. I stayed for 7 nights and felt like I was in a small boutique hotel. The hotel is close enough to everything yet far enough to feel like you could retreat. There is always light music playing with a great vibe. The staff is excellent and super helpful. Food (and drinks!) is great. Rooms are right outside the beach, only a few steps away. All of this especially good for the value.

The food at the restaurant was very disappointing. I’ve been to two other hotels and this had the smallest menu and they closed our restaurant at nine. You couldn’t get a drink or anything past nine. Also, the room isn’t as nice as in the photos. It’s not bad. I just expected a little bit more. .

Right on the water you could hear the ocean as you went to sleep and woke up. The staff is really good. They were helpful. They kept the place clean..

Loved our stay here. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. The room was lacking somewhere to hand your clothes up and our room was close to the kitchen so there was a little sound travel but we would stay again

Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent as the hotel is beachfront. Can't say enough about the staff, all were very good at what they do and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice and one day that we had lunch the food was the best we had in Colombia.

Beautiful seafront property right on the beach.The rooms are really nice. Short walk to the Main Street. Good breakfast and food at their restaurant. Amazing and helpful staff!

It was pretty much perfect. The waves are really audible in the rooms which is a huge plus for most but if u get bothered by noise just be aware/bring ear plugs.

Amazing place! We read some reviews discouraging us from coming to palomino but we are so glad we came. It’s a special unique place and saying at this hotel made it even more special. The food here was great. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Many reviews say you can’t swim here which I guess yes it’s not a place to go for a full swim or snorkel but we definitely got in the waves and cooled off. Overall we would stay again.

Access is very difficult, especially if you drive. That’s not the hotel’s fault but maybe a suggestion would be for them to notify their guests which road NOT to take. Breakfast might appear a little small if you eat as much as I do but since food is reasonably priced, you can take a second portion :)

Staff members are really helpful, friendly and cheerful, they go an extra mile to help! Food is very good. The location and vibe are amazing.
