United StatesThe bed in the room was too hard, and it makes noise, in the restaurant it would be useful if you put names on juices and keep it on ice, so we can drink it cold, it tastes different when it's at room temperature, and some air conditioner at the restaurant would be great.
The staff was very friendly and courteous, parking in the rear of the building was always available to open the door at any time day or night, room was a good size, great air conditioner,it was cleaned every day, good job.

SwitzerlandWe loved staying in the Neiva Plaza, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was great in the middle of the city center, only 5 mins by taxi from the bus terminal. The hotel had an old fashioned style but is well maintained with great facilities (nice big pool :), we loved everything and felt very welcome. Especially the Portier of the hotel (unfortunately I don't remember his name) was very attentive and the breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, we had a view on the main square and could observe and enjoy it's lively atmosphere.

ColombiaIt would have been nice to have also an armchair or sofa in the room. The room was very spacious, but only had two chairs and a table. However, it was nice the balcony also had two chairs :)
The Hotel Neiva Plaza is situated in the central square of the city of Neiva. It is comfortable and probably one of the best hotels in the city. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good, with various options: different dishes (like caldo soup, sausages, veggies, omlette). Also eggs made on order are a possibility. They also have cold cuts, cheese, fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, chocolate, tea. The hotel has hot water (in Colombia many hotels do not have this ammenity) with good pressure. Towels and toiletries are very good. Bed sheets and bed are also of good quality. The windows have good soundproofing. The hotel offers free coffee at the reception desk.

MexicoVery bad service at the restaurant. My booking included breakfast. I asked if they could pack my breakfast as I needed to reach the airport. They said it was not allowed by their policies. Bad attention and strange policy! Just for this bad attention, I would not stay there again.
