I was on a corner down low. I would prefer to be in a quieter location in the building more up and into the back area. They’re also seem to be construction either below or above me that transmitted into the room. Maybe they were remodeling something. I rented a junior suite that came with a full kitchen, but it was really not stocked with anything. But the refrigerator was useful and the sink.

The location was excellent. Manizales is a full-size city with many districts hills like San Francisco to drive on absolutely outstanding, beautiful location and climate. Therefore where you’re located is really important and this location was outstanding and had all kinds of side services all within a block.! Breakfast was excellent. I will go back.

Very nice hotel in a good neighborhood, near a mall with a supermarket and stores. Nice staff. Great Continental breakfast with also several local foods. Very good.

Nothing too bad to complain about. Breakfast wasn't amazing but it was fine.

The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants. The neighborhood is generally quiet and feels safe. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. You can make a reservation for the jacuzzi, which is a good size for 3-4 people.

Kitchen utensils and some amenities had to be asked for every time. You would get it, but in my opinion it was a bit of a hassle for me and for them.

The room was really spacious and felt larger than the pictures suggest. Situated on walking distance of supermarkets, (small) shopping mall (good to know that the surrounding area is very ‘hilly’ with many steep streets). Complementary sauna and jacuzzi (upon sign in)

I liked everything about it nothing to dislike

I have stayed in 6 different hotels in Manizales and so far this is the best because of location safe and quiet, rooms were spacious and very clean. Had a mall across the street, supermarket drugstore, everything you may need at hand, great access to transportation. The staff was awesome great service and the breakfast excellent!

A bit hot during the day but if you open the windows its tolerable. Could use a AC unit to be used when needed.

Hotel was in a safe area very convinietly located in front of a shopping mall, restaurants supermarkets and drugstores I had an emergency with my grandson and the facility had a first aid nurse to aid us. They also give complimentary drinks at your arrival. Cleaning and all staff very friendly

Almost none of the personal speaks English, and those few who do only very broken. Although this is expected in Columbia, I would have expected more in a high quality establishment. All towels were replaced every day, even those not on the floor - quite unnecessary and wasteful.

The hotel is great. It's new and kept in a good shape. Everything was clean. The personal was always friendly and gave their best to be helpful in any situation. The breakfast was plenty (hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, fresh juices, omelettes fresh on request) and really tasted amazing.

Excellent hotel, the staff is super nice and attentive. The room was so spacious and quiet, the bed super comfy and the shower was very big too. I got very good massage as well. Breakfast is good, there's not much choice but the quality is high. The neighborhood is safe and there's plenty of restaurants and shops very close. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Extremely modern and comfortable far above the average for Colombia. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with many hot and cold options. Great deluxe room with large outside patio with views over the city. Hot tub and spa area on the roof.
