Location is great. Walking distance from MOE, the mosque and the banks. Breakfast was really nice. Variety of items and friendly staff. Quick response time and ample space to house a lot of people. Timing for the breakfast is comfortable as well and direct access to the restaurant through a lift is also possible. Gym was also nice. Front desk team is pretty responsive, respectful and accomodating.

While the rooms and building is new and they keep evolving and experimenting with the space, the housekeeping and hygiene can be improved.

Everything was perfect specially housekeeping and receptionists ,noura , Karen, alyanna, forhad , junaid, asmita , osman I really like ur welcoming and look forward to visit again It will be my staycation always

The location is very convenient, the staff is very nice, professional and helpful.

The main pool was closed and we didn't know. That was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel.
