the whole experience from check-in to check-out.. the counter team Nora and Miran were amazing and quite helpful in meeting all my stay requests… I’d definitely make it my first option in Dubai.

The property is family friendly. They’ve got 2 Pools one for kids and an infinity style jacuzzi. It was clean and the best part. Festival city mall connected to the hotel.

Slightly out of the main city. No grocery store nearby we had to go inside mall which is a 15 min walk. There must be 24/7 Mart inside or nearby.

Attached to Dubai mall and the support and kindness of the staff especially Mayar she is very professional and friendly

Everything was good....I had a good stay, just one night... Thanks for the hospitality and keep up the great work

check in process was ease and the room was clean and ambience is good
