Room is clean and organized. Staff are great and reception people are very helpful and cheerful. Room interior needs maybe some revisit from staff and needs to be restored. Breakfast is good but has few servings compared to my last visit. Hope there'll be more main meals in the selection.

There are few staff in assisting us bring our luggage. We noticed they look very tired but still trying their best at work. Is Rotana understaff? I suggest the Rotana management look into this as it seems there is shortage of staff with overwhelming number of guests. Workers Welfare should always be on Top Priority...

Everything, especially George and Dragon Pub. Anchor Bar and outdoor swimming pool is excellent . This Hotel recently re-opened and all the rooms are newly remodeled. Location is in Bur Dubai near big bus station and Al Gubaiba metro. Mall, movie theater and Carefor near by.

The room and bathrooms are small but okay for a solo traveler. It had everything required. Next time I will book a Superior room or Suite

We got the half board option. When we called to ask about dinner, they told us it would be a buffet but when we went there it was 3 course a la carte; quality was very good but we had been looking forward to a large selection

Seems like they don't care for the travelers in off season. The Room was not clean, AC wasn't cooling. Had to change the room but still the cooling wasn't upto the mark. The support from the staff was zero, instead they tried to blame it to the guest. Breakfast was ordinary. Information desk didn't respond to the queries... All in all, the worst experience of a stay cation in 10+ years
