We spent a marvelous holiday at Rogner Bad Blumau. I asked for an extra bed for my 4 years old son. Not only I was not charged for it, we also had a room much bigger than expected (and that we used to have in our previous stay). With two kids in the room that was amazing! Kids had place to move around even when we were in the room. The staff was always nice and accomodating. This is very mucg appreciated always, but with a 1-year-old that is in the phase of throwing food on the floor, it is appreciated even more! The spa is nice. There are a lot of different options. The food is excellent. The staff is great! There are big bowls with apples at the receptions, and the guests can take an apple from there. I found this small detail very generous and touching. Thanks a lot for our amazing stay. Everyone from our family was happy: kids, us, grandfathers and grandmothers.

The hotel, except for the half-room I was given, is in very good condition. It's a cozy place, relatively close to beautiful sites. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. It's a shame they chose that space more like a restroom than a room for two people. Vienna is a charming city; I left with fond memories of it, but since perfection never exists on earth, the room was that exception. I hope they take note of my comments and convert it into at least a single-person room; even so, there will be some inconveniences.

The room doesn't meet the minimum standards for the price. The width of the room is almost the same as the bed, so only a small nightstand fits. Except for the bed and the cabinet that housed the small refrigerator, the only piece of furniture, the room is a square measuring 7.5 times my shoe size. I wear a size 8.5. In one corner, there's a small closet that only fits my suitcase sideways. In this small space, there are two small armchairs and a small table that have to be moved around to allow for walking. To take out clothes, we have to put the suitcase on the floor. The bathroom also needs work because it gets wetter on the outside than the inside. Overall, I give the room a point because I think the zero is not included.

The parking is 28 euro/day. Should consider giving a discount for the hotel guests. The room and balcony could use a bit of cleaning. They should also stop playing music in the hotel at night, I was woken up two nights in a row and had to ask the staff to stop the music at 3 AM...

They never bothered responding any email. Check-in only accepted from 3 pm on, weird indeed. Steam room wasn't working,, however they provided a voucher for a nearby gym.
