It’s “far” from downtown, around 20 minutes, isn’t difficult to take a taxi, but you need to be aware about it! There is no hot water in the shower, should be better have it.

I'm Mike's wife and I used the hotel for a trip with my mom and sister. The experience was horrible from beginning to end. They charged me doubled the actual price from the booking date, and charged everything upfront saying that because booking app wasn't on my name but in my husband's name. Then next day we were having breakfast and a person in charge was like a security guard watching over our shoulders seeing what we are or didn't, then we took part of our breakfast to the room and the guy stopped us by the elevator saying no, you can't take anything and said we'd call security if I didn't listen OMG super rude and disrespectful, I complained about this at front desk but not even a I'm sorry or apologies, instead I called various times for cleaning lady to come up and didn't come up. Only one person spoke English, the least of the complaints but not less needed. Old towels and electric outlets are super old and some are in bad condition. In general we were desperate to leave the hotel and be done with them. We have genius status and they didn't value this like in other hotels do.

noisy!!! during working hours U had hammering and construction over my head !!!! the electric outlet and Vito phone were dangerously broken. the staff do not speak English or spanish the process to make deposit payment was painful,not easy instructions

You can hear guests on the other rooms and in common areas. The staff only speaks Portuguese and they don’t make an effort to speak slowly or some words in other languages. They have two jacuzzis but only one was working and it was fully booked.
