The building was very safe and most of the staff was actually very attentive, the location is amazing, just around the metro and it had a good assortment of amenities

The adress that came in the reservation was incomplete, there are two buildings 32 in the street and the contact provided didn't answer the phone to fix this issue, we had to send msg 3 times to get extra towels

My only complaint would be that my room was just by the road so it could get noisy during the night (but the hostel offers free earplugs).
