Positive section of review
Overall it was an awesome experience. We were bit concerned as we couldn't get room in the hotel where our conference was. However it turned out to be a gr8 alternate. The location, rooms , price and the exceptional staff all were enough to checkout with a smiling face after 3 days.😃. We will certainly stay again on our next visit.

Tried something different for staying downtown. Close to restaurants and so forth. Liked the Gym wasn’t to bad. Didn’t realize how many sirens and how loud it would be . My fault was thinking about that.

The fan in the room wasn’t very good . Switched rooms and wasn’t much better Need something for white noise in there or you won’t sleep with the sirens and noise/ The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were about 2 feet high..neck killer to say the least. Unreal for 2024 for pillows to be like that for $300 a night. Room and bathroom cleaning wasn’t very thorough either. Have to say something or it won’t get better. One last thing nice coffee maker and no water. Called down to front desk and they said use tap water. Who drinks tap water???

I liked running into deer while walking home from the village. Ski out was great. Room service fantastic. Staff always cheery and friendly . Outdoor hot tub and table fires A very nice touch .

Prime location, nice access of the highway, next door to many fast food establishments, grounds are well kept. Staff is always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The only thing negative to say about this establishment would have to be the highway noise. Duncan is a highway bottleneck so during peak periods the highway is bumper to bumper.... Can't be helped.

The balcony was closed, and the hair conditioner was strange, I didn’t know if it was ok. One bed was shaking when you move, bumping the floor.
