Great location and nice, spacious 3 bed 2 bath apartment for our family of five. Lovely setting by the beach and with food and coffee places available within short walking distance. Filtered/UV treated water provided, mosquito nets on all windows was good for peace of mind (although we didn't see any mozzies at all) . Flippers and water shoes were provided to use. Tea, coffee, milk, a loaf of bread and spreads plus a few little packets of cereal were provided. You can call the hosts on a phone they provide in the apartment if you have any questions.

Just a minor thing but consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap etc isn't replenished if you run out of these during your stay. We ran out of TP as we were there 6 days as a group of 5 adults. So if you are there longer than a few days you will probably need to buy more of some items

The location is fabulous, a few feet to the waters edge, with great swimming beaches 5 min walk either side. 2 canoes available and we were able to paddle out to where the turtle tours happen. Great snorkeling with snorkel gear provided. Handy to have access to a washing.machine.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable as per other reviews, hard and squeaked every time you rolled over. My husband slept on the couch most nights. Wifi is not included, you have to sign up with Vodaphone and pay. TV is a monitor only, no access to the local TV station, although a USB is provided with limited movies. You can also hotspot to your phone and watch Netflix. No air conditioning, fans only.

The staff was super friendly. The bungalows are very spacious with a living room area, kitchen, good size bathroom and nice size bedroom. Great location on the west side of the island so you are sheltered from the wind. Great location for viewing the sunsets and seeing the whales

Location is excellent, probably the best on the island. Staff very friendly and accommodating. 3pm free cocktail and canapes! Proximity to night markets and other restaurants/resorts.

Only tiny issue is the shower floor doesnt drain fast enough and water can get out in the bathroom floor, nothing serious

It was a nice location right on the water and the grounds were pretty.

The staff was very snooty and we just did not like the vibe of the whole place. Beginning with the messages with the resort through booking.com, the responses were very curt and snippy. The check in process was very slow, and although they told us our room would be ready, they then told us it was not and to come back later. The pool bar staff was very unfriendly and snippy. At breakfast, the complementary portion was very limited to a couple fruit options, some cereal, toast. If you wanted any of the hot items, it was an additional $25 charge. It just seemed like everyone thought a bit more highly of themselves than they ought to. kind of pretentious.
