Positive section of review
The staff was exceptional towards my mother who has mobility issues. I did not ask for special accommodations for her, but upon seeing her enter the hotel with her cane, they gave her a room to accommodate her concerns. Additionally, the staff took extra considerations to ensure her comfort when she appeared for breakfast the next morning, almost as if they waited for her to arrive at the cafeteria.

Very respectful and thoughtful host. Great location in the San José area close to the airport but away from the congestion of the city. Nice drive to great scenic locations.

Very cozy room , nice design and good layout . The feeling of gardens around it make it feel nice and the terrace is pretty nice to have drinks and hang outside .

Amazing location! Loved the exterior landscaping so close to nature. Animals were awesome and so close to the beach.

There is NO A/C! The room was unbearably hot during the day. It did cool off nicely at night. The front desk staff was not very friendly and not very helpful. She said she booked our boat tour but when it came time to board, we were not booked and needed to buy a $175 park pass. The boat captain was yelling at us, it was embarrassing and quite a mess. The bar staff was friendly enough but not overly welcoming.
