Great location It looks more like a Mall than a resort Well kept resort a little overpriced due to limited entertainment activities I guess it’s a great name brand that should keep its fans happy but should represent a little bit of the Dominican culture to make it a little bit more interesting and appealing Boring music poor animation It’s a self service resort

The breakfast is definitely not worth $22 - if I could give someone travelling tips - rather go to the local Cafe's in the areas and have a breakfast there - it's not so "mass produced" and way more flavorful. Flor De Cafe is a beautiful experience and amazing food.

The food was varied and delicious. The beds were super comfortable. Staff and activities great. Landscaping simply wonderful. The hotel beach is one of the best. Almost no sargazo even in their summer. Would definetely stay at Catalonia Punta Cana again

Too expensive. On top of that, price was given in dollars right, but they converted it to Dominican pesos at 63 per dollar, and then they converted it back to dollars which is how I paid. My total was 123ish but I ended up paying 137 dollars. Also, too expensive for two simple rooms with nothing but a single air conditioner.
