Positive section of review
The apartment was very close to the ferry terminal and the bus station. It was about 10 to 15 minute walk to old town and there were tons of restaurants all around. If you walk the other way, you can go to a park that is within walking distance. The apartment itself was very spacious and it was perfect for 1 to 3 people in my opinion. We had a good stay, comfortable, we had what we needed in the kitchen and in the bedroom, towels, etc. It was very easy to check in and get into the apartment and it was just as easy to check out. Great stay! Kristjan was amazing and let us check in early at no cost.

The room was small, but had all that I needed placed conveniently. The small kitchen had a bowl and utilities to make tea; the fridge was quite big and had a freezer compartment. There were many spaces to hang my clothes / put my things. The room was good-looking and felt new. Liked the style and yellow color.

The customer service was amazing. We arrived late at night but check-in process was very smooth. Apartment was wonderful and all facilities were available. Location is perfect if you want to stay nearby old town! Parking is almost 8 mins walk away from the apartment and it costs 15e per night.

Just few details like it would be great if you can arrange a microwave and bath tub was not practical to use for the elderly aged people due to its height. It would be also great to add black out curtains in the bedrooms.

No AC in the rooms and lot of noise from the streets. Door cards not working and waiting time in the restaurant is terribly long. Hotel is old and needs to be renovated.

Was OK for us because of outside temperature being in low 20’s during the day and cooler at night; however if it was warmer there is no AC so could get too hot in room. Just a thought.

There was no appliance instructions, and especially none for air conditioning, so we had to open doors which let insects in. There was black mould in the shower. No tea towels.
