We had a wonderful stay at Sergi’s apartment. Sergi is a very friendly and communicative host, always ready to help and quick to respond. The check-in instructions were perfectly clear and made everything super easy. The apartment itself is spotless, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. Location is excellent — a quiet street just a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and it’s at a prime location very convenient to everywhere I needed to go however I purchased a hotel room with Air Conditioning and the air conditioning was not working for my entire stay and I was not told that when they checked me in only to get to a hot room!

They did not disclose that I was checking into a room with broken air conditioning!!!! I had scheduled ticket to run to immediately and dropped off my stuff and left. They said I could not change rooms till the next day on their schedule and it did not coincide with my busy schedule for my short visit. The second day the nicer staff DAVID provided me with a fan that helped it be a little more tolerable however, in no way was the room cool or comfortable because of the heat… I am very disappointed that they did not immediately remedy the situation and I could never schedule to change rooms on their timeline. It was ridiculous. They said there was none available and I paid for Air Conditioning.. will I be issued a partial refund for the fact that I paid for AC that I did not receive?

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable with AC, large towels, and a big room with a desk. The staff was kind and helpful and the whole ambiance just as warm and delightful. The pilgrim’s meal was very nice (definitely get the chicken and enjoy the wine!)

The shower water did not get hot enough in my room. It is important after a long day in the Camino to be able to refresh with a hot shower.

Location was easy to get anywhere & property owner and service was helpful and nice. Liked having 2 bedrooms and washing machine in apartment itself for the price.

There was an ant problem. The air conditioning in living room didn’t work great. The apartment walls were dirty and apartment didn’t look great.

The lights stopped working however, the landlord was able to fix it the next day. There was glass on the bathroom floor when we arrived.
