From the moment I booked, the staff was so extremely helpful! They immediately asked for my flight number to plan to pick me up from the airport for free, and it was much appreciated since I arrived very late at night and alone! The price is amazing and the room was large and comfortable! Highly recommended!

It was a rainy day and the weather was fantastic. I enjoyed from my balcony the mountain view. The experience was breathtaking. The room was clean, tody and comfortable as usual. This my fifth time and have more plans for the future God willing. I even booked for my family in October.

It took long to go up and down as only o e luft was working. During breakdown ... and especially in a ***** star hotel, repair should be done immediately.

Very kind and attentive staff. The airport shuttle was convenient, but both pick up and drop off took more time than expected. Room service was convenient.

Breakfast was from 08h00 to 10h00, which wasn’t so convenient because I was here for work and needed to leave early each day. The days I did have breakfast it was good!
