I have to agree with a recent previous reviewer that this flat is simply tired. But on the positive side it is in a great London location (Chelsea) and the host, Zahra is a good communicator. It’s kind of strange that absolutely no toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet, several of the electrical sockets either don’t work (or I don’t know how they work), furniture and rugs, window shades need updating and the beds have seen their day. A good overall deep cleaning and paint would be a good idea. There is some noise from the apartment above, vacuuming, music, and rather loud talking. But for about $400 USD maybe this is what you get for a small two bedrooms flat in a good area of London.

The rating on this property seems too high for what it was. It need a good upgrade and the toliet needs to be fixed so it works properly.

Great communication from our host, including a very welcome text to tell us the property was ready nearly 3 hours early. Lovely quiet location, no noise at all at night. The penthouse was well furnished and very clean and comfortable, everything was provided. 10 minutes walk up hill to the top end of town and 5 minutes to old Bowness. Lake Windermere about 10 minutes stroll away. Lots of very dog friendly pub and restaurants very close. There was an amazing deli at the Spar Garage just across the road

It was classy and beautiful with the sweetest touches. Loved the milk and cereal and toast and jam. The most kind things were there for us. Coffee too. I will rave about this place to everyone. I would have done laundry but I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heated towel rack. Thank you for feeding us breakfast after a very long flight. Thank thank goodness for kind folks.

Service sometimes took time during peak times which is understandable. They currently have a road closure so the detoured cars pass right in front of the inn. Also parking may be tight for larger vehicles

The room was dusty and had cobwebs, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and would definitely never stay here again. It was extremely overpriced for the facilities available.
